I went to the cricket wireless store at the Westgate Mall in Brockton to add a new service to a separate phone. When I left , I realized that the phone that I had brought in was locked and not receiving
or making outgoing calls. I went back inside and spoke with Eli, who may have been a manager . He was not only helpful but very knowledgeable about my situation! He took the time to figure out my issue and then helped me to select another phone, which I truly appreciated! Thank you Ely for all of your help and making " my day"!!!?

Employee at Westgate mall the one with the ponytail is rude unprofessional has no customer service skills whatsoever had to go to the Cricket on Crescent to have my issue resolved the employee there was professional and was more willing to help me with my problem

girl that was there today had absolutely no idea how to activate a new unlocked phone. now I have to call customer service, hope that goes better lol. what's the point of going to the actual store if employees dont do anything?
