I like the way how the guy working their. But really upset with the pharmacy department here.Pharmacy department here is terrible, they usually missed my online orders and when I come to pick up, they usually miss one or two medicine. And I have to come back again to remind them they didn't give me the whole orders, then they do their job.

I'm a frequent customer to this CVS & never had an issue until today & I'm pissed off. I had numerous packages delivered to this CVS due to people stealing packages. I found out today when picking up my items that my package wasn't UPS so they couldn't except them anymore. That is fine, but no one ever explained this to me before. I also didn't know it had to be ups. My question is why now is it mentioned? So no consistency apparently. I was treated as if I committed a crime. The manager at the register who mind you greets everyone with overly happy smiles was so upset with me because I'm not picking up a ups package he says to me "this doesn't help me" . I didn't know CVS received an incentive??!?. I asked for a bag because the packages are dirty (mind you every other time never a problem with the other employees) so he takes a deep breath & shrugged his shoulders with anger because I asked for a bag & I said please. After he did that I said it's just a bag. So the Jesus in me kept me together because I wanted too tell him about his fake happiness. I just don't understand how someone who doesn't own the company can get so angry about it not being ups & a bag. I'm sure the owners of CVS are ok with one less plastic bag. I'm so upset that I still want to tell him off. I just can't get with someone who pretends hes so kind & then gets that upset. Life is way to short for that. Yes, I don't need to be upset either but I'm just picking up a package & I didn't expect that response. Btw 7 days a week I help young teen girls from walking off the ledge of this earth. I'm a good human being. We need to be kind. Ppl just need to relax. It's just a bag & not ups.

The pharmacist is so rude. He thinks he can override Dr's orders and insurance company. If he wants to have the authority of a Dr. He should have gone to med school. He doesn't listen when i ask questions he just cuts me off. He is mean and has an awful attitude. Zero empathy from this guy. I don't know why he still has a job? Even his coworkers say he's a jerk. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere for many reasons he's #1#2 is for lazy corporate. What's up with the 10cent extra bucks??? you lost 5 customers that I know of so far. Might not be much to you. But we are starting a Facebook, Twitter etc. Social media page to boycott cvs. Robbing your customers is very bad for buisness. Whomever is running this circus needs to reevaluate their marketing ideas. 2% extra care is a slap in the face. When people are paying thousands of $ every month. Keep it up and you will be the next osco or right aideI will be sticking with my local mom& pop stores from now on. If they don't have what I need i will go to Walgreens. Bigger and badder companies have gone under. Don't think that your invincible because you're not. Sincerely,Pissed off ex customers

Sat at the pharmacy window for ten minutes. They kept taking pick-up window clients. Two people were in the ohine and took multiple calls while I waited. Don't waste your time. Walgreens and Walmart are very close by

Worst customer service ever! Please believe I am calling corporate Monday morning! I called in for a member because she lost her medication and they had me on hold for 28 minutes. Then they told me I needed to call back tomorrow because they were closing. I had my colleague call from her phone and they answered right away. When they realized she was calling in for the same reason they put her on hold and never came back to the phone at all. Long story short they are closed now I was on hold for 45 minutes. The 85 year old woman I was trying to help is crying because she is unable to get any medication tonite. This is so unethical. Who were the closers at the pharmacy tnite? I don't even want to give a 1 star rating.
