The pharmacist is probably the rudest pharmacist I've ever talked to. She almost refused to fill my son's prescription since she didn't read the prescription. She was so short and rude that she never even listened to what I had to say. Josh by the way was a super nice guy and very kind.
I will definitely not be back to this location.

The pharmacy is a little slow when I pick up my medicine sometimes but I came in on Christmas to get a last minute gift and I didn’t catch his name but it was a male with Christmas tree earrings and glasses very enthusiastic and kind, willing to help too! He was very nice and offered good assistance. Wanted to leave a good review cause of his exceptional attitude :)

This was hands-down the pharmacy that has the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff in the counter was rude, unhelpful, and felt like they didn’t care and lack of basic courtesy. On top of that, the service was excruciatingly slow—It was as if they were actively trying to waste my time. i waited for more than an hour for my precription and they keep saying wait for 20 mins while they chat and use their phones while in the counter. Honestly, it’s shocking that a business can operate this way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.

This use to be my favorite location..now..tuh..you call can't get through right away with this new automated system, the pharmacist is no help and has a bad attitude, escripts are "not being received ". But when I check on the status of the Rx, the girl says " its good you called because no one worked on it yet"..×
Which brings me to my next point.. got a bunch of new employees that act you bothering them when you ask them to do their job! Absolutely the worst.. looking for a new location! No wonder customers are always upset in here.

This is worse CVS I’ve ever been to in my life. The customer service is trash. I will be discontinuing my medication from being picked up at this pharmacy. This place needs to be closed down ASAP

Place sucks. States it opens at 7am. I came in at 8:15am the doors were still closed and the workers were on their phones talking by the counter, ignoring us. Not opening the doors. Go somewhere else if you want to get better care and treatment.

My one regular complaint is that the drive thru seems to be closed due to short staff often. It feels like they look at it solely as a convenience. I suffer from chronic pain and as a result some physical limitations . I just went there the window is closed and there’s only about 6 Cars in the entire lot. They really had to close the drive thru? I went for nothing because I hurt too badly to walk across the store to get my meds

I order photos that were supposed to be ready in a few hours. I got them 2 days later.... On top of that when I went to pick them up and I walked to the photo center, my photos were just lying there for anyone to walk up and look at or take(for whatever reason). So I took them! I get to the register and ask for my photos and they give them to me. Not only did they hack them up (people cut out, sides missing) images just not as they should have been. So what they gave me wasn't all my pics! If I hadn't have walked over and seen my pics just lying there I wouldn't have gotten them all! All around horrible service!

The rudeness of the staff in the pharmacy is almost comical. They're so rude, I have wondered if they were joking around, because no one is really that ignorant in real life. But no. They really are. I have literally stood in line for 15 minutes then I'm told that my prescription isn't ready and the girl refused to ring up my one package of Lifesavers. I thought she was kidding. Nope. My girl said, "you gotta go up front". so i stood in line up there another 10 minutes. Every time I go in there i am greeted by the crankiest, young people. Too young to be that grouchy. God, I hate that place!

Great place to shop at specially paying $5 a month for the care card an enjoy $10 monthly to use as you wish plus Xtrabucks and coupons.I love CVS…
