Having cashiers cough in my face and wipe their snot on the products I’m buying is disgusting. Post covid, it should be required for sick employees to be masked, or just stay home. If it weren’t a place where sick people go to get medicine I wouldn’t care as much.

I never had a bad experience here. This is a CVS location that I frequent a lot! Customer service has always been well for me here. Prices are pricy but that's expected with the convenience. - Juvi 508 (YouTuber)

I came in looking for a particular item and I was offered help finding it and the employee who helped me was kind and patient. At the end of a very stressful day, I needed that. I'm very grateful!

The cashier was literally eating her sandwich as she was ringing me out, which I don't mind, but it was her wiping her fingers from the sauce from her face that just yucked me out. She had no shame. Just having her lunch and seating on a chair, as if she was on the couch at home, ringing me out.

I was on hold since 1:16pm and finally they answered at 1:29pm and just hung up on me. I called back and it said they were closed for lunch. I really had an emergency with my medicine. I’m so upset .
