Very poor pharmacy service. They don't return your call even if automate call tells you that you will call back in an hour. There is no way you can reach out to them via phone. Once you go to pharmacy, your order is not ready and they will keep tell you to wait 20 mins ans you ended up waiting for 2 hours. If you want to save your time then immediately change this brockton cvs and go to somewhere else.

Poorly ran pharmacy operations. All those people behind the counter and with no customer service or urgency to help customers in a line. everyone is so lackadaisical. Their medications aren’t organized had to wait for her to sift through medications to find mine.

Very poor customer service by the new girl that works there. She is a tall black female, with a bull ring in here nose, she is the only tall woman that works there at the front registers. She is very rude and argues with customers. I wont be shopping here anymore.

Terrible pharmacy. Always some type of issue. They constantly are out of stock. They send you texts saying prescriptions are ready.. then you get there and theyre not only not ready, but havnt even been started

Came in with a broken ankle, and the flu first they said my insurance didn’t work and they was trying to charge me $150 for my prescription. I had to call my insurance company to verify that it did actually work. They just put the numbers in wrong only for them to refuse to serve me through the drive-through window. They made me come in with my broken foot and flew didn’t give me all my prescriptions failed to tell me that they didn’t have the inhaler I need to breathe didn’t know until I left. Had to come all the way back just for them to send me to another CVS giving me 15 minutes to get there before they close the worst CVS in Brockton. Good job.

Have had some bad experience at this store.It says close at 10 pm. You go there by 9:10 pm and they are already closed. Two hours break for lunch??? Come on. You just don't shut down a pharmacy during work hours. Terrible business model.Very disrespectful to customers.Close it for good then!

This place is suppose to be open until 10p.m. I get there at 9:02 p.m. and the doors are locked. Manager says “nope we close at 9:00”….. so why does online say 10? Such an inconvenience and a waste of my time.

worker names Marline is the most disgusting person I have ever came across. Came to this cvs for years I have seen people come and go, but Madeline was rude to ever since customer i saw her interact with. Horrible attitude and is plan rude and disgusting. I well know the workers working there and the store manager , Felder needs to do better hiring people with better customer service skills. They need training. Disgusting.

9/29/23 4pm.The only time I have an issue here is when that shim thing in the pharmacy is at the register. YOU chose to apply here and deal with people so have a better attitude. I’ve never giving you a reason to act stank with me yet you always are. Says a lot about you. One day you gonna catch someones ugly side. Better watch it!!!

Terrible place, highly would not recommend …the workers are mistreated and look so unhappy and there’s a manager, I believe his name is Felder? Yea he’s very much a creep… do not go to this store and if you do, hold your kids close. Ridiculous

Absolutely horrible service. There were workers that weren’t even doing their jobs. Today, one of the workers was just sitting there doing nothing but listening to music with AirPods in. Most of the workers are ignorant and won’t even respond to questions verbally. There are very few workers that are actually kind and respond to your questions and give good customer service, but everyone else is just straight up disrespectful. Someone asked a worker (who wasn’t even doing their job) to use the bathroom and they just simply shook their head not even bothering to respond verbally so the person said “Oh are people not allowed to use the bathroom?” And the worker replied with “Yeah no” and started giggling then continued listening to music. Because they wouldn’t let anyone in the bathroom someone else had an accident because the worker refused to provide a key to the bathroom as this cvs has done so many times before. Terrible service. Save your time and go to a different pharmacy.
