I called ALL DAY long, no answer. I decided to go walk-in. No greeting NOTHING!!!! I seat and wait to be address or at least have an opportunity to talk to one of the hairdressers. The tall lady name DjiDji walks out for 20min after cutting me off and telling me to wait. At this point I’m there for 45min… I finally ask again when can my hair be done please and that’s when she tells me there’s 3 people before me. Unbelievably RUDE -_- terrible customer service.

Filo did a good job of being attentive and taking care of my one unintentional dreadlock (extremely tangled hair) LOL. I'm laughing now but I wasn't laughing then.

Went in for a simply for a wash and blow dry. Was completely ignored for over an hour. They were taking taking walk ins while still waiting. Felt like they did not want to deal with my hair type (kinky/coarse). They definitely cater to other hair types. My sisters have been going there for years and its never been this bad, no customer service to even acknowledge someone. Ended up leaving and going to another salon who acknowledged me right away. I brought my daughter in for a 1:30 appointment. We had been customers for a couple of years. In the beginning things were nice but I would never go back again the stylist was clearly in a bad mood. She kept skipping over my daughter and taking other customers. We left at 4:30 all my daughter needed was a wash, set and her hair blow dried. My daughter said she was “rough”.

The towels they gave me had yellow stains, they were so rough on my hair and didn't ask if it bothered me or not. I don't like norenor do i recommend it. >:((
