There is an open bottle of bleach on the shelf they had no bathroom available to wash my hands the manager on duty handed me some dry paper towels to wipe my hands covered in bleach when I asked why I couldn't use the bathroom they said they didn't have a bathroom that it was having issues and they haven't had one for quite some time they use the bathroom at Shaw's how disgusting is this that these employees are being treated like this there were two people in the store as far as I could tell the retail store I worked at if the bathrooms are closed down and unavailable to be used the store closed inspectional services of The City of Brockton Massachusetts might want to go take a look at this. And I'm pretty sure there must be some labor violations here for the state to take a look at people don't have access to a bathroom that work there they have to go next door to Shaw's crazy town over there

Tried to exchange some items WITH a receipt and the "manager" was EXTREMELY RUDE! She refused to exchange my items, was verbally combative and told me I could leave! She is lucky I found Jesus, next time she may get the wrong person and not be so lucky, hope I'm there!!

Hands down my new favorite Dollar Tree in the area! They have more items than the others and everything is organized and clean. One huge complaint I have when it comes to stores is whenever they leave huge boxes of items in the middle of the isle and nobody is actively putting anything away! This is the only Dollar Tree in my area where I haven't had to go through some crazy maze just to find something simple. The ONLY complaint I have isn't their fault, it's the fault of whomever owns the actual building, the parking lot is horrific! Huge cement barricades block you from entering and exiting easily, which is really frustrating. Other than that, I would recommend this Dollar Tree to anyone in our area. Don't waste your time going to the one on Montello. Even though that store is closer to us than this one is, Montello is a hot mess these days. If you want to find the Dollar Tree items you need in one location, chances are that you will find it here faster than you would at any of the surrounding Dollar Tree stores.

I went to the Dollar Tree in Brockton on Belmont Street in August 2023. The employees are very helpful & well as funny. The store was stocked with a lot of items that other Dollar Trees don't have, like the $5 items. They also carry a lot of different items other Dollar Trees don't carry & they have a good supply of these items as well. This store is much better & cleaner then say the one in Foxboro which is an absolute dump & the isles are pretty much bare. Another good Dollar Tree location is at Easton 5 Corners in the old Walgreens, that store is big, very clean & they carry a lot of items you don't see in the other locations.
