I love this place but lately I feel cheated because the warm or hot wash is actually a cold wash. I have complained twice and nothing has changed. I will be looking for a Laundromat where a hot wash is actually what it says.

Owner of the place is definitely losing money, a lot of amenities that used to work are just sitting there, sad and broken. All the tvs are broken, bathrooms are always locked, vending machine doesn’t work. And the place smells weird
