Horrible. I work right next to this location and they NEVER fail to disappoint me! The morning staff messes up orders, serves food cold, over charges, and treats you with a nasty attitude. I will be contacting corporate because service like this is just COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I have been going to Dunks all of my life and this specific location has changed my mind. Strongly do not recommend coming here.

I had the worst experience that I've ever encountered at any Dunkin' location that I have EVER been to.I came to this location after already getting 3 watered down coffees at a previous location on Rte 123 and only realizing it just before I came along this location so naturally I think it's another Dunkin' and they will make everything right.I came in and explained my situation and without hesitation the new employee behind the counter dumped my bad coffees and I figured they were being remade. Boy was I wrong!The manager Taylor behind the counter starts to discipline the employee who made the mistake of dumping the coffees out directly in front of other customers and then starts telling me to bring the coffees back to be remade at the Rte 123 location and literally takes my 3 empty cups and lids and puts them together and places the now dirty/empty cups into a drink carrier and refuses to do anything beyond send me back to Kerry (Rte 123 Store Manager).So I get back to Kerry who nicely and calmly explains she can't help me now either... and who can blame her? I'm some guy showing up with bad coffees and 3 empty cups.So I head back to Taylor at this store and this time my dad comes in and the manager starts to argue says she shouldn't remake the coffees and even threatens to refuse service. So she is mumbling that she shouldn't have to do this and finally starts to remake our coffees. We're frustrated and annoyed with being bounced back and forth and are happy to just get regular coffee at this point We part ways while leaving I extended a good gesture by saying "have a great day" and over my shoulder one of the employees yells back "yeah you don't have a good day". At this point I turned around and requested information to speak to the franchise owners.The people at this location could not have been ruder to a paying customer of your corporation, regardless if this is a franchise or not.I would never recommend this location if your expecting any kind of helpful service based on the managers reaction 2 times and the way employees became belligerent and started talking with such disrespect back to a customer

I go to this Dunkin Donuts Monday thru Friday and Monday thru Thursday the people working the window, but Fridays I have to say the worst person/persons works the window. They are rude to customers and super slow!!Please look into

This has to be the worst dunkin donuts in the south shore. Waited in line for 10 minutes without the line moving. Looks like shift supervisor was to busy on her cell phone. eventually another customer stated aloud he's beening waiting 30 minutes for a bagel. A BAGEL. I walked out at this point. The district manager needs to need spend a few weeks here in need of serious rehabilitation.

October 7, 2023. It's the first time it gnaws at me here. Bad service, the employees manage themselves, there is no manager. slow dirty and messy. I bought this morning, they told me to wait and after 20 minutes a girl comes up to me to ask me what my order is. We don't have the time to wait whatever they want. I want a response from the manager, my money back.

Food, Service & ambiance area absolutely great. Greeted at the door with a hello and a smile. Used the restroom & nice and clean. Great coffee, food and customer service. Best D&D to date. Thank you to the staff on duty this afternoon..

This particular Dunkin’ Donuts location has poor customer service. The picture attached is my order of a nitro cold brew with cold foam. I did not drink out of it, this is how it was given to me. I’ve been to multiple Dunkin’ Donuts locations in my past and had a nitro cold brew with cold foam full as expected.Young lady, who gave me the coffee stated this is how it comes all the time. Dunkin’ Donuts brand sells itself however, if you have poor training, you will have poor service.

After ordering at drive thru was told to park in parking lot for breakfast sandwich. After waiting more than 8 minutes went inside to ask where sandwich was. First time it wasn’t even made. Went back last week again and same thing happened. Go inside if you want hot food don’t go thru drive

I was a dunks. They are basically the same. The young man that took my order was not pleasant. I said hello, he didn't say anything to me. I ordered hot food and i waited in the pickup line. Other people were ahead of me so I started to look at my phone. My food was just sitting on the counter. Noone said anything to let me know it was ready. The customer that came after me said " I think that is your food". Not very good service this day. Food was ok. Kind of warm but not hot and the glazed donuts were sticky and stale like they have been out all day.

I order the same flavor of coffee everyday. Depending on the weather I might have it iced or hot. On too many occasions I had to throw out my coffee due to how terrible it tasted. This Dunks is very inconsistent when it comes to the quality of their coffee.

Only person in line the employee's look at you say nothing and after 5 minutes you go to walk out pissed then they try and take your order. Will never stop there again zero stars
