I came to the Brockton location and the staff came about 5 minutes after they heard me come in. I asked if they had smoothies, and the girl said not today. Recently I called multiple times asking if they had smoothies, and the girl I spoke to said yes with an attitude, like I was bothering her. Afterwards, I then asked if they had any fruit cups and she said no, they have to make them, so I just left. It's almost noon and there aren't any products for the customer's? Yeah, not coming back to this location, there's always an issue.

I wish I give them no star. This what my mom got for Mother’s Day. I have called for refund several times. They take my number and name and tell me a supervisor will call me back but no this is done. Horrible people horrible service. I’m so mad I sent over $200 with this business

Just walked in trying to get my grandma a small simple arrangement the girl working seemed very annoyed that I was there showed me the menu that only has the bigger arrangements and said if I wanted to order something else I’d have to go online as if she were super busy. I walked out because if you can’t even tell me what’s available from the computer your standing infront of or the top of your head what makes me think you’ll actually want to do your job and make my arrangement small or big. I’m all set no type of customer service at all!

I Want To Say That A Employee From the Brockton Store , Her Name Is Olivia I Called At 5:54 pm And They Closed 6pm And Her Service Through The Phone Was Immaculate With So Much Patience I Had Asked a Few Questions You Would think She Would Rush Me Off The Phone lol She Is Very Efficent With Great Customer Skills ! I hope Your Manager Acknowledges You And Promotes You ??????

No customer service what’s so ever and the general manager was rude as well didn’t even acknowledge I was at the front desk waiting and super rude spent 50$ on 12 strawberries with rude people disappointed

I placed an online order on 6/23 for 9am pick up this morning. I got to the store at 8:55am and waited until 9:06 and there was NOONE there. The store was dark and locked up. I called the phone number qhich sent me to the customer service people who were of ZERO help. I order the items as thank you gifts for my daughters teachers and were picking them up on our way to school. I had to leave the store, take her to school late and come back to finally find the store open, and be able to get my order to bring back to school. The employee who gave me order had an attitude and didn't seem to want to deal with people. I didn't feel welcome at all. I'll NEVER order from this company again.

Received as a Mother’s Day present the chocolate covered strawberries. Unimpressed. Delivered. Most of the strawberries were already mushy and rotten by the time they got to me. Lots of extra moisture and liquid inside the box. I think maybe only 2-3 were edible. Oh, AND MOLD. Would never eat there products again. If this is how a Mother’s Day gift is presented I can only imagine the every day items. Yuck.

I was extremely disappointed that I chose this shop! I couldn’t make it to the Brockton area for my granddaughters 6th birthday so I opted to send her an edible arrangement because the LAST TIME she loved it SO much! This time you guys broke her heart & mine! First off I received an email stating it had been delivered with a picture OF IT ON THEY’RE FRONT STEPS!! (I DID ask that they deliver during a small window, when she would BE HOME! But that window should have been enough, it was a few hours! Besides they delivered it 1 hour BEFORE the requested delivery time!)! OK. I can accept THAT! When I saw the arrangement with the balloon & card ON THEY’RE steps I contacted THE CONTACT # that I GAVE THEM…. Obviously they DIDN’T! The worst part was that My 6 year old granddaughter was on the phone with daddy that night CRYING because “the balloon nana gave her flew away”!! THEY DIDN’T SECURE IT TO ANYTHING! When they picked up the arrangement HER BALLOON FLEW AWAY! Epic failure!!
