My experience with this storage facility was extremely disappointing and raised several major health and safety concerns. Our original unit had a severe mice/rat infestation, with fecal droppings throughout the space and on the majority of our personal belongings. We were told the problem came from a neighboring unit that had stored food, and that the new unit we were being moved into would be clean and free of issues. That was completely untrue—the second unit had the same infestation. After finding droppings all over our items yet again, we ultimately made the decision to move out altogether.
The environment surrounding the facility adds to the sense of insecurity. There is a constant and overwhelming presence of homeless individuals in and around the building - many of whom I have witnessed using drugs on site and reported to the property manager. This, combined with extremely poor lighting, makes entering the property—especially in the evening—feel unsafe.
Despite having roughly 1,000 units on-site, the facility only provides three dollies, and access to them is very limited because they are stored in an office that is rarely staffed. There is a sign on the door that states employees are only available by appointment, which is incredibly inconvenient for basic needs. There also isn't any access to a dumpster for tenants, making it nearly impossible to dispose of damaged items, including those ruined by the rodent infestation.
To make matters worse, the rental rate continued to increase while the overall conditions of the facility consistently declined.
I do want to acknowledge that Thomas and the other African American gentleman who works there were always pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, their courtesy does not outweigh the facility’s extensive cleanliness, safety, and operational issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this storage location.

Brian & Thomas was very helpful. I needed to upgrade my storage unit & they made it easy & convenient. I was able to get my new unit same day.

Manager Thomas and property manager Brian promptly answered my concerns about unit door being locked and and not being able to gain access to space upon arrival...they handled the situation swiftly and with the kind of professionalism that should the standard everywhere.

Managers helped me when I couldn’t find my key and lock, it was inside my unit for months, if the managers weren’t so patient and helpful I would’ve had to buy a new lock because my unit was locked cause I didn’t have my keys and lock inside it.

I had an excellent experience working with the manager Brian at Public Storage.From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained the rental process clearly, and made sure I understood all my options. The facility itself is well-kept and secure, but it was the outstanding management that really stood out. went above and beyond to make the whole process stress-free and convenient. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provided, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage.

One of THEE most disgusting experiences I’ve ever had. This building should be reported to the state board of health based on the poor conditions it’s kept in. Upon entering we saw multiple mice scurrying from unit to unit and it immediately smelled of food and feces.
Our unit was upstairs and on the way I stepped over a dead mouse, pee puddles, and broken glass. Please be forewarned They do not clean this facility AT ALL. The exit door was propped open on the ground floor which shows they clearly don’t care about the pest infestation. We immediately canceled our unit and ran out of there. There’s too many other storage options in the area to invest in a dump like this and honestly management should be embarrassed and ashamed and it’s a clear reflection on them. It’s absolutely disgusting DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.

I am very disappointed in this storage facility. I went to take out my newborn baby stuff from my last child I had in there and it was all covered in mouse droppings. The place smells like dead animals and is never clean. Don't rent here!
