Wish they were opened earlier and later. Doesn't open. Until 9:30 am? I believe they close around 6. Terrible hours. Always trash on the property

This place is a joke. I wish I could rate it with no stars. They lure you in with "low prices" only to offer you the most disgusting and disturbing experience that, personally, resulting in me having to throw out many of the items I had stored. I am a college student who needed a place to store my stuff over the summer while I went home. I should've known from the second I stepped into the place that it would not go well.
PROBLEM 1: The facility is poorly kept. The entire place is gross, there is trash, unnamed substances, gross things that I will be haunted by, a sickening smell that forces you to breathe through your mouth the entire time you're there, the list goes on. I once came by and there was a bottle of someone's pee sitting on the stairs.
PROBLEM 2: I was placed on the second story of the building, something they did not tell me until I had already paid, there is no elevator. Again, I was not informed of this until it was too late. I suffer from chronic back pain and instability due to a semi-recent severe back injury. This meant I had to constantly bring friends with me to move anything because I wasn't able to just roll my stuff to the unit.
PROBLEM 3 (THE WORST): I came back from summer a few weeks ago and went to move my stuff out and discovered that the unit was infested by mice. There were dropping and pee stains everywhere on majority of the stuff I own. In addition many things were chewed through and permanently damaged/destroyed. This resulted in me having to throw out many items I own. Like I said above, I am a college student, I can't afford to be loosing my personal stuff and repaying for it. Insurance covers a small amount, but won't cover all of it. The problem is so bad in the unit it feels like a bio-hazzard to even be in there cleaning it out.
In conclusion, this place is awful, overpriced, poorly managed, and disgusting. If I never have to step foot in this place again, I will die happy. Do not rent here, it's not worth it.

I give it four stars only because of the manager Thomas. There are other things that needs to be said about the place that lowers my rating. I’m so God’s for Tina’s being there

Great customer service from Thomas! I would personally give him 5 stars if I could! He was always very helpful and so kind. Thank you for everything Thomas. I appreciate your customer service! As for the storage place itself… my things were ruined due to a unit next to mind having food. I lost a lot of my and my child’s clothing and belongings. I have to start completely over. Still fighting with the company and the insurance itself. If you’re going to store your things here just please don’t leave food and be considerate of others belongings!

Filthy, dark, has mice, increased my rent nearly $50 after only 3 months with no warning. No one ever answers the phone when you call and count yourself lucky if they ever return your call when you leave a message. Glad I'll be moving out of my unit very soon.

I have been renting a unit for almost a year now and have had no problems until i went today to get my Christmas totes and the people in the unit across from me are squatting in their unit! Food and drink bags scattered between his and my unit and 2 dead mice in traps! I did go to the front office and say something but I would not recommend getting a unit in this location BECAUSE of its location!
