This is the nastiest Family Dollar ever. And so is the staff. A rug fall on me and all staff could say is "I'm doing Christmas stuff." I said okay. Just looking.
When I got to the register staff was having a personal conversation with themselves. I ask is anyone ringing she tells me I need to ring the bell. I said " you see me standing here. She got upset said some nasty things and to top it Off " I NEVER WAS SERVED. Her and the other lady went right back to having there same conversation. Corporate needs to do something about this Behavior. Unacceptable.

This Family Dollar could use a bigger location they have a lot of stock but it's like it's stuffed in there and very hard to find and more than one person can't get down an isle there food selection compared to their other locations is almost nothing they have all of 3 freezer doors 1 refrigerated with almost no stock I know they are short staffed at all locations the staff was nice and helpful and seemed overwhelmed due to lack of help and I don't know about them but I would be overwhelmed by being smooshed in such a small location with too much product to fit in it, I felt bad for the staff and they were running around helping customers smiling doing there job in very hard conditions and didn't complain at all so the employees I give 5????? the store is trying in an impossible location

Went there at 7:40 pm. Website said it closed at 8. Employees should stay until the time of closing Just saying. Smh

It's the staff that makes shopping here fun. In east Ashland st the store is very clean and no..none of your wild kids are there making noise or stealing.
