I bought Christmas presents for my daughter from Five Below. It was very convenient. I had one shipped to the house and I bought online and picked up at the store twice. It was very convenient! The store was well staffed with helpful and friendly people.

The employees last night were very nice instead of yelling we are closing in 5 minutes like most of the cheap stores do it hit 9:30 and I said I’ll be out within a few minutes they said no problem… thought that was very good customer service I would return to this location just because of this experience but the other five below in Brockton is bigger I will say

I walked in & asked an employee for help. Manager named Monica cut him off b4 he had a chance to talk. Very high strung and attitude flips like a light switch. I was very nervous to even be around herUnfortunate experience cuz usually the store is great
