I went to Kay’s first but they didn’t acknowledge me at all. So I walked out and went here. I’m so….. happy I did. I was acknowledged as soon as i walked in. Great customer service all around. Deirdre and Rafi are excellent. Deirdre was so professional yet personable at the same time. She helped me pick out earrings that were simply amazing. I will always return to this store for my jewelry.

I went in after buying a ring online from another vendor to get info on re-sizing. Rafi told me the size I would need and also the cost. But since re-sizing would ruin the inscription, he touched it up, for no cost so I could return it to the original seller without any fee. He was quick to greet me, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out with no profit to his company directly. I will definitely go back in the future!

Took my watch to have the battery replaced after another jeweler couldn't open the back of the watch. They were able to open the watch and replace the battery in only a few minutes. Friendly, excellent customer service.
