So I went to the brockton mass harborfreight store. When I went to checkout I asked the cashier mike, who was the head supervisor of the store for a pen to write a check. He said" no no, it will take to long to process and the people in line wouldn't appreciate it" So I handed him a $100 bill and he gave me back the wrong change, he shorted me 2 bucks. I realized it when I got in the truck. Thinking it was 2 late 2 go back in, I just shrugged it off. I thought if this guy needed the 2 bucks that bad he could have it. I wonder how many customers he's done this to. Watch out who you hire, they could give you a bad name

Always find exactly what I am looking for at an excellent price. I'm a paid yearly inside track club member and the savings I get using this club easily pays my annual membership fee at least 2-3 times. If you're not a member of Inside Track Club then you're not on the right track. 😆

I shopped for 18 & 24 in. bar clamps at reasonable prices. They function smoothly and are a great buy. Checkout was pleasant, quick and the convenient location adds to the great experience.

I dealt with Laura today up at the register. She helped with looking up tool boxes at this location and all other locations. Sadly no one had what I was looking for but explained I can order them at the store and can be delivered there. She was very patient with me asking a ton of questions and very helpful. Thank you again Laura, you're a sweetheart!

Horrible horrible customer service. The store manager Mr. Stinks would not even look into my profile to see if I purchased the item or not that's how lazy the store manager is goes to show how the rest of the staff is. They didn't really learned from the store next door because soon they will be closing doors aswell because you just lost a commercial account today I will never visit your store ever again.

I ran in here at 8 am and found a full crew of staff stocking shelves and ready to help me find everything I needed. What a find! Definitely my new go-to hardware store!
