$35 overdraft fee is ridiculous and unfortunately the times I have called a bank employee was somewhat rude and condescending basically saying go to another bank if not happy ..who does that !?

I went there today to sign up for a new checking account. I spoke with two people who couldn't be nicer or more helpful. I am writing this review because it was previously rated by someone as only one star.

at the beginning I was not too happy because I had to wait in line for almost 40 minutes in line to due to covid-19 and I went and talked to one of the cashiers to see if I can get a debit card because my debit card did not came in mail them been more than one week she recommended the for me to wait this should be going to my house she couldn't print a new one so this my second time coming to the bank and been more than two weeks so I requested to speak with a manager Bernadette to see how can we solve the problem she was able to print another card for me and solve the problem.From 1 Star customer I turn out to be a 5 star customer. Thanks for your help keep up the good Job !!!

No matter what day of the week or what time of the day I stop to use the ATM at this branch it is always unavailable or out of service. I would never open A Nother account with this bank simply because of this reason alone - talk about inconveniencing customers or potential customers for that matter!

Overall its a pretty good bank but some times they give you the runaround. I had a fraud alert on a debit card of mine that they caught, which was awesome of them, but the process of getting a new one issued to me was excruciating. It took like 2 weeks, 10 phone calls, and me going to a local branch twice. Not so good.
