Customer service is at its best, definitely a 10, especially in the Randolph location . I have been working with Angel pimentel for all of my banking needs, and he knows his job pretty well and has made it so easy the whole entire time !

I had been a customer since 1990 when it was Brockton Credit Union. Over the years I've had mortgages, equity lines , car loans savings & checking accounts over the last few years the service has been horrendous. The final straw came when money (almost 20k was fraudulently withdrawn noticed there were 2 deposits made 0f 0.21 & 0,24 then within hours 2 transfers of $8,500 & another for over $10k. Went immediately to the bank spoke to manager when I asked her how this didn't raise a red flag to their security was told it was basically my fault for not having "alerts" set on my account. She then told me I needed to alert credit bureaus etc. and jotted down a few contacts. I then went to my other bank to put hold on accounts. When I explained what was going on the assistant manager called over branch manager, they spent close to an hour going over in detail the steps needed to be taken & this did not have anything to do with their bank now THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once I Rec'd provisional credit from H O I called to inquire status of "investigation" that in itself was a joke at best I found more out on my own than their "Fraud" division after hanging up the phone went to Harbor One closed entire account and still to this day it's been 3 months + - have not heard a word will never do business again or recommend this bank to anyone. Also have talked to a few others who have had similar experiences.

Most of the new tellers are rude and the wait times are long. If you are waiting in car line you will not be acknowledged, it use to be welcoming. You are at the mercy of the tellers for your account and even if they can help, I was directed to sit and wait for CS, 30mins to change a pin by welcome teller. Why did it take the security guard asking Lenore Miccuche to do her job to change a pin and it took her less than 5 mins.

I am so disappointed in HarborOne. Three days ago I went online and filled out an email form requesting an application for a HELOC. The next day I get an email back saying please call this number and we'll be happy to help you. Well that number was a fax number. I found another number in their email and called that and told them what I was looking for. I was told that everyone in customer support was in a meeting for the rest of the day and that someone named Susan (no last name given) would call me the next day. Well I waited till 3pm and no call. I called back the customer support number only to be told they had no record of a Susan suppose to call me and to go back online and look for an application form. That was it for me. I wasted 3 days with what I consider an incompetent, totally unprofessional, disorganized support team. I will look elsewhere for my HELOC. I won't waste another minute with HarborOne. M E Quinn

We had the best experience with Donika. She really explained all of our options with our financing our home improvement project.. go see her.. knowledgeable and pleasant... she really spent the time. Great experience.

I enjoy all services from here as I do with each experience at this office. Especially from help with their staff: from the security, tellers, to the customer service representatives. Fatima Santos is one of the superstars I'd like acknowledge for her excellent set of skills as she's very knowledgeable. 5/5 experience.

I have been with this bank for over 20 years. Just recently it had gone to shit. I get a fraudulent charge on my card which I noticed right away. I tried calling multiple times and everytime it was someone with broken English " leena" i got 2 times out of the 5 I called. Because the calls all go to the same place after hours and they did not help at all. She was extremely rude and said she could do nothing to help. I finally spoke to a man who shut my card's down thankfully. But then connected me to help get a new card and transferred me to a different line to get a new card And I was right back on the phone with Leena the rude girl who can't speak English you can't understand what they are saying and they are rude and don't even know what to do whe. You debit card has been compromised..... I am all done with harborone.

i contacted the asst mgr at the mansfield branch. she is terrific. she reviewed calendars and saw i had an appointment as i had explained to her. she then contacted another dept to see about getting back interest. i recd a call a couple of days later and she told me interest was restored and, told me my 1099 would be accurate for 2022. ive changed my rating to 4 because she was so helpful but couldnt go to 5 because this never should have occurred. thank you asst mgr... you know who you are and hope upper mgmnt does too and they acknowledge your fine work.

I've been a member since 2005. past few years with the expansion, customer service is a thing of the past. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I've received as of late. In my most recent experience, I needEd to speak with a manager, the manager was"working from home" that day...So, they put me on the phone with a fellow named Sean Stuart in Fraud. That gentleman needs a class in customer service. His attitude was condescending at best. my latest experience was terrible.

I never have a problem with this bank unless I need help. Nancy is one real witch. Rude, victim-blaming and incredibly defensive. She’s ready for argument. I pray every time I go there that I don’t get her.The customer service rep over the phone planned on refunding a mire $127 for fraud. I came into the bank to close my account, as the representative said I should, and Nancy fought me tooth and nail, blamed me for what had happened and wanted to only refund me $74. “It’s your fault you fell into this.” Her exact words. Thankfully the gentleman I spoke to about my IRA, Joe, was there and he fully understood my situation and gave me a print out to help me try to further resolve my issue.Student loan fraud is much more strategic than regular fraud and I don’t think people are aware of that. I never fall for scams, however, the extreme confusion surrounding student loans during this time and the amount of technology scammers have, make it stay easy to believe that they are actual banks.I still am uncertain if I should outright close my account or just head over to a different HaborOne location. Nancy was being nice by the end but honestly she just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Absolutely the worst bank I have EVER dealt with. My Dad opened his account well over 30 years ago at the credit union that must have been bought out more than once. When he passed away we had to bring my very sick mom, who is blind, into the bank to have my name added to the account so I could manage her affairs. It has been a nightmare since. I was not able to get a debit card for the account without taking mom into the bank in person again, so that never happened. Mom now has Alzheimers, is in a nursing home and I can not access her login that I set up originally without my mom being present. I do have a separate login but some auto pay is under her login. As soon as I figure out how, I will be moving her affairs to another bank. Customer service has NOT been very helpful at all.
