My appointment was for 12:30 pm at the 7 Westgate Dr location. When I arrived there was no one in the office and no VM available to leave a message. I waited for a half hour when Maria arrived. It was her day off but she received a phone call informing her that the two gentleman who were supposed to be there working had not shown up (very unprofessional of them), but Maria came as soon as she was informed. She was very apologetic, took me in right away and had my taxes done in less than half an hour! Because of her and her alone, I will return next year. Thank you Maria for all your help.

I just visited this place for the first time . Let me tell u , Maria is the best , very good personality , great costumer service. I was going to do more stars but google doesn’t have any. Ask for Maria when u go there.

This was my first experience with anyone else involving taxes. The gentleman that did my taxes since I’ve been filing just retired and I was recommended here. The young lady that took care of me, Cici, did a great job on my state and federal return. She was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I was more than pleased with her and everyone else I had dealt with. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for help with their taxes.

Never again walked in expecting to pay the same I did last year instead they tried to charge me 4 times more than I payed last year and also not receiving a refund this year

I had a poor experience with Liberty Tax. The cost to file through Liberty is expensive (they charged more to file than the amount of my refund). This service lacks expertise in filing anything other than basic taxes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
