Purchase 30"Ariens snow blower on clearance. After brought home discovered missing charger needed for EFI electronics start. After hour on phone CSA said return it,reason missing part. Returned next day saw 28" outside priced $1249 Manager would not sell for price stated on sign in front of machine different from sticker. After being inconvenienced putting snow blower on truck,transporting on off my truck twice you think they would want a satisfied customer. Nope! Taking my Business to HOME DEPOT for now on.Service desk employee change sign quick to to cover himself.

These 5 star reviews must be from the employees themselves cuz this place has no customer service goals whatsoever! I spent over $5,000 on decking that was meant to be delivered in mid December, that got changed the day of! Then was told the 23rd , which later got changed to the 28th. Now I would understand if the product wasn’t available, but when I called, the representative said the decking was coming in on the first delivery date and it should be delivered promptly. I feel like I just got ghosted by a conglomerate! Don’t expect to get notified of any changes either! They expect me to wait by the phone till my crush calls. Gtfoh smh Lowe’s is the new Sears and soon enough they’ll suffer for it.

Needed 2x4x8 PT was looking to get cut in half approached a employee and his response was we don't cut PT lumber and walked away when leaving noticed you sell pre-cut 2x4 the employee should have been aware of this and informed me still went to Home Depot they are happy to assist their customers

I went to Lowe’s to return the purchased I bought 2 months ago. But the problem was I lost my receipt. I thought it going to be a hassle but I had a very pleasant experience at the customer service especially services provided by Amy S. She was very understanding, incredible helpful and professional, making me feel valued as a customer. Amy you’re the best! Thank you.
