I wish Google gave negative stars, they don’t even deserve a 1. Lowe’s uses the worst vendors for installation. Since June 23 I have been waiting to get a screen door installed and it still hasn’t occurred. Whenever I call Lowe’s or went to the store they have not been able to get my screen door installed, yet they were able to get my money. They have the most incompetent people that works with them. I am a very unhappy customer and I would never use them to do installation if I do decide to purchase anything from them. Don’t use them! Horrible!FYI with your response in me calling I am tired of calling with lack of resolution. I have been doing that since last year. I just need you all to either give me my money back or get me my door and install it please.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Went to lowes to get a pump for our basement and checked out some Christmas stuff that says 50 percent off and bought a doormat that had a sign on it and it says home decor but to me that u would figure it was it if there's a sign posted on the box. They called someone over and let me tell u she was the rudest person I ever met definitely wasn't customer friendly. She gave attitude at the checkout and was talking like I didn't know anything. I worked in retail and never heard the explanation that we put signs anywhere. Because of the stores I worked at if we put a sign up on something that wasn't on sale we had to give it to them for that price.

Do NOT get your remodeling needs at the Westgate Lowes in Brockton! They ordered the wrong color cabinets after I sat down with the designer Paulo for quite some time ! Huge error! They never helped me or reimbursed me ! Instead the played the blame game and told me that this is resolved. They refused to take responsibility While I still have the wrong color! Take your business elsewhere to people who will do the job right, pay attention and be honest about their errors and kind enough to try to come up with a resolution!

Do not go to this location for any of your remodeling needs! the wrong color was selected for my kitchen cabinets after I sat down with the designer for almost an hour to design my kitchen !! and he and the company refused to resolve it. They made a huge mistake and will not take responsibility for it. i had all the proof and told the designer Paulo what I wanted. instead the wrong color was selected and installed while I was at work. If You made a mistake own up to it! things happen but the concealment and unwillingness to help a customer after that Mistake is erroneous. They did not offer any sort of reimbursement or assistance for their mistake. Corporate also sided with them instead. i wish I could've given this place ZERO stars.

My experience with Lowe’s was/is the scariest poor customer service I ever had in my life .My mother and I went in to purchase a stove and ended up living a nightmare . An employee from the store popped up at our house without any notice .is that a normal thing for Lowe’s ? That was the start of the cringey experience , then these random guys showed up to deliver the stove days later they were not able to communicate with me in English which was okay until they tried to hustle me out of $200 to pay for a stove installation which we already paid for . LOWES really got vendors out here that could potentially put a home at risk with people who are not qualified to do proper installations . Sounds real illegal .. they tried to leave the stove at my house however it was part of my installation contract that the installer brings the stove with them.I told them to take the stove back with them .I called the store to complain only one staff attempted to help and then directed me to speak to a manager on a Sunday which was a dead end. The manager didn’t really seem to care or have a concern but gave me the installers number . Once I finally was able to get the installers number to coordinate a date for installation, I thought we would be on the right track until the day of the delivery I called the Installer CRST and they told me my install had been rescheduled by me. I took the day off of work for this ? Lost pay and everything furthermore we had never Rescheduled This was false then the CRST staff proceeded to tell me 3 different other stories in the course of 90 seconds, LIES LIES LIES .long story short my mother and I have been going back and forth with Lowe’s and CRST since 11/5 with Lowe’s staff and CRST.Then someone from corporate called my mother yesterday and assured a proper install today. That did not occur , we were bamboozled. A stove was dropped off but no INSTALL. We can’t seem to get no help never mind the fact it’s the day before thanksgiving and we have no stove to cook for our children and family. We called and asked Lowe’s to come back and pick up this stove we don’t want this or there service . Now I have a random stove in my kitchen and can’t cook. Oh by the way no one has called us back but had the nerve to reschedule our install for 11/27. The disrespect is unbelievable. Is this place legit ?

The employees that run the registers are not very smart needed my driver's license to use my gift card first off long story short they had 6 employees there and not 1 could figure it out even after the real smart manager called another store she still couldn't figure it out next go to Abington all they had to do was scan the back of my license ????NO WONDER WHY EVERYWHERE IS SELF CHECKOUT!!!!!

Went there yesterday on 11/15 and purchased vertical blinds needed them cut they did not have someone available to cut but the manager was great she gladly stepped in figured it out and cut them exactly what I needed to they were great very helpful and give him five stars would definitely recommend going back to the store and seeing the manager not sure what her name was but she was a younger woman with dark hair and glasses
