I just took delivery of my Nissan Altima SL. My experience working with Nissan24, specifically Darryl and Angel, was wonderful. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles over the decades, and these individuals were reasonable and no-pressure. For me personally, I do not opt in for things like extra coating, window etching, or additional service plans. While they suggest each of these, I politely told them I’m not interested. While they provided a reasonable sales pitch, in the end they respected my decision.Darryl was knowledgeable on the vehicle features, and made me feel comfortable while I decided if this was the right choice for me. And the details in closing, which I had a handful of follow-on questions on the CPO documentation, Darryl was responsive and took care of all my needs.This approach to business is appealing to me, and if it appeals to others, then I recommend Nissan24 for you next vehicle purchase.

Had a great experience at Nissan with my salesman, sales manager and especially in finance. I think they need to hire more people to do finance though, he looked very overworked, but was a super guy! Got the Rogue Sport I came in to test drive and brought her home the following day. Easy peasy!

I bought my Kicks at Nissan 24 in January 2020 and have returned a few times for routine maintenance. It's about a 20-minute drive for me, but it's worth it because it's always such a pleasure to deal with the employees at Nissan 24. They're so nice, they do a good job on a timely basis and offer helpful advice. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. My Sales Rep Allan did an amazing job working with me. Was able to work with what I have and get me to a comfortable payment plan. And Angel, the Business Rep who helped me finalize and sign all documents, was extremely efficient and explained anything on what we may have been confused on. All in all it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend Nissan 24 to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you guys so much

I could not be happier with my new car! John is so polite, knowledgeable, and was more than happy to answer any questions I may have had. He took his time with me and made the buying process very smooth. Luis in finance was absolutely fantastic! He’s been back at the dealership for about two months and it’s like he never left. All around could not ask for a better purchase experience!

Although they were extremely busy Sean Grover treated every customer like they mattered. He personalized his service to take care of the customer. He was understanding and let you know your options without pressuring you to make a commission. I was extremely happy with how I was treated and respected. Thank you.

I’ve leased many vehicles from Guy VanStory at Nissan 24. He and his team are intent on keeping their loyal customers happy and they give it to you straight. I’ve never felt that “pushy, runaround, talking in circles to confuse people who don’t know any better” vibe. On the contrary, it’s a fairly fast and easy process if you know what you’re looking for or what you need. If you’re in the market for a new car, go see Guy and the team at Nissan24!! My experience with Nissan 24 was nothing short of amazing, I found the car I want available in their lot and I got all the help I need to make a decision and then to purchase the car with the sales agent Darryl Davis. He went above and beyond to help me which I didn't see in any other agents anywhere I went looking for a car, Darryl going to treat you well and will earn your trust and business. I truly recommend him as he makes things easier and in a very kind and respectful way!.

I originally gave this Dealership 4 stars, nothing against the dealership. It has to do with the salesman Mr Palmer that I dealt with in the buying of my car. The finance guy Gary, was great, and the salesman seemed good at first, but as it got closer to me picking up my car became more frustrating than it should have been. Mr Palmer was supposed to get an inspection sticker for my new vehicle so I wouldn't have to bother with doing that. He told me I could get the inspection sticker myself and then take a picture of it and he would send me a check fir the cost of the sticker. Now mind you Gary from finance had told me to make sure Mr Palmer got a sticker for me, but the salesman decided that was something he didn't want to do for whatever reason. No big deal, I got the sticker, took a picture of it sent it to the salesman, he texts me back he needs a receipt! The garage gave me a receipt, I can't find it anywhere! So I reply back to him, that I can't believe he cannot take my word that I paid for the sticker I sent him the picture of! I wasn't nasty at all to him, let him know in a nice diplomatic way how disappointed I was with him, told him the $35 was not going to hurt me, and that I was done with him! Not long after that I was thinking of calling the manager at the dealership and let him/ or her what had happened. But to my surprise I received a reply back from Mr Palmer, and he said they were going to cut a check for me and send it to me! I thanked him and told him I appreciated it! I don't usually stick up for myself, but this time I did! It felt good!
