From the young lady working on the floor set who offered to help me dig through leggings to find my size, to the young man working the register who was so friendly and informative, thank you for making my in-store shopping experience (my least favorite thing to do lol) exceptional!! Store was so neat and clean, easy to find what I wanted! Great job guys!!

I absolutely love Old Navy. Reminds of the quality clothing retailers from the "good Ole days". Quality is top notch and the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Returns are problem free with a receipt and handled promptly. On a shopping day, there is no question where my first stop will be. If you haven't already, check this store out.

I went to the Brockton Old Navy today because it was close to another stop i had to make. The store was filthy. It looked as though it hadnt been swept or cleaned in months, at the least. There were visible rodent traps everywhere. I can only imagine what the storage area looks like.Very surprised after id been to the Plymouth location recently and it was very ckean and organized.

Had to return a mail order. The store wasn't very crowded so it was quick. The salesperson was attentive and efficient. The process was quick.
