I have called and been informed on multiple occasions that they do nail trimmings. Yet every time I attempt to get my cats nail trimmed whether calling or coming in they don't do it, or they do but they're never working. Place is trash go to petco/petsmart.

Most of the staff are very unfriendly and rude. When you say "hello," they don't answer you back. The girl that works at the front always looks mean and angry.

Customer service is top notch! Luis’ communication skills are extremely impressive! He was very responsive to an item being out of stock; called me in advance to advise me of the out of stock item. Appreciate the customer care given at this location.

This was my first time using the store. I used the curbside pick up but ended up going into the store to check it out. Not only was I amazed at the prices but at the merchandise selection as well. The staff were super friendly and knowlegable about product location well above and beyond what I expected. They now have a customer for life.

Large supply of natural dog products and they usually have some great sales. Associates are also very nice and competent. Will shop at Pet Supplies Plus over PetSmart and Petco.
