Im not usually the person who posts a 1 ⭐️ but I really feel it’s important for people to know The Boulevard location in Staten Island has really gone down hill. I will begin with the staff shortage that’s been going on for months. Awhile back, my daughter’s dog was injured. She was not bit by another dog but came out with a huge deep gash in her face that has left a scar. It looks like she got caught on something. “The cameras weren’t working” so no one knows what happened to her. Then my son dropped his dog off a few weeks ago for an overnight stay. He gave them one package of refrigerated food for the dog. That covered 2 meals. He received the food returned warm and unopened. The dog was never fed in 24 hours! Today, after making an appointment, & getting a confirmation for my dog to attend all day, day camp, he was denied entrance because they were full to capacity. What’s the point of an appointment and a confirmation? Im not taking any more chances with this place.

Love the place!! I sometimes i just go to get information. Just recently not by choice of my own(blame the kid lol) i purchased a fish. With no knowledge of aquatic animals i going in , coming out i had more than enough to start my pet owner journey

My little Shih Tzu loves this store!
Dog friendly. Great variety of food for anything that crawlies, swims, fly's, or walks! Staff loves animals and it shows. Grooming is first rate. Gift this place a try!
