One of my good friend/family member went there With a battery issue and they recommended an alternator I ran a alternator charging test and the alternator is charging the battery at 14.5 V which tells me that it doesn’t need an alternator The car just needs a battery and they charge them almost $800 to replace the Alternator which is 1.6 hour labor And the part is only 300 something. The one star is for the Miss diagnostics and not being completely honest because she have no knowledge about cars. Or maybe the mechanic don’t know about cars

First time customer. My 2020 Camry XSE was here for an oil change on a Saturday. They over filled the oil making the car run rough. Cold started the car today and RPMs were sputtering, which has never happened since buying the car. Checked the dip stick, nearly 1.5 quarts over filled. Now I need to go spend another $90 for someone else to do another oil change.

I’ve been going to their family for as long as I can remember. I trust them more than most people. They have always taken care of me and my family. They even remember the details of my work and personal life. They always check in. Their prices are more than affordable. The negative reviews on here don’t make sense because when cars are messed up they take time. These guys have accommodated me on days that I was in a real dilemma. Honest and mechanics don’t go together, but here it does.

The worst experience i had in my entire life very bad customer service from the owner he was very racist and vulgar. He spits on me and treated me so bad call me different names and bad words . I would never recommend someone to go there .
