Steph and OJay best two people I've encountered in this whole stressful moving experience. I loved their energy! This was the first time my husband and I had a need for storage we weren't sure what to expect.those two made it fun and easy. we will definitely be only using this location for storage. Thanks guys!

I rented a space here, and I was very happy with the customer service provided by the manager there named Stephanie. It was way less stressful than I thought it would be, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 10/10!

I have used this location to store my car while living in Boston for school. Any time I had some sort of logistical problem (usually because of some mistake I'd made, haha) the staff was extremely helpful and consistently able to resolve my issues promptly and with a smile on their face. The location is clean, spacious, secure, and the access hours are great (as late as 9pm 7 days a week). For sizing reference, I stored a 2014 Dodge Dart GT for around 4 months. It was a tight squeeze to turn the car 90 degrees to line up with the unit, but besides that there's plenty of breathing room in the unit itself. If I ever need to find car storage again, I know who to call!

I started off at another location and was not having a good experience. After moving to this location Stephanie and Rea made it all well. They were able to quickly sort everything getting me into an even better unit. I appreciated their empathy and also respected the way they worked as a team. They were both very professional, courteous and knowledgeable; going above and beyond to make things right. I am happy and would recommend this location. The manager who was not present was also activity available to them on call which also emphasized to me their level of diligence and commitment to their customers as a whole.
