The only person in the office was wonderful. Her other person that was scheduled to work, called in sick. I don't think that it is safe or maybe even legal to have an employee totally alone working in an office/ clinical setting alone. Anyone can walk in off the street. Not a safe setting for your employee.

I've wasted so much time with their horrible, automated and unreliable computer check-in system. Maybe it worked, maybe it failed, who knows because the system is so dehumanizing you won't know until you've wasted half your morning sitting completely ignored in a crappy waiting room. I feel like changing my doctor because he uses this p.o.s. lab service while I'm battling a serious illness. This Quest stress is too unhealthy!

No one to help explain anything at front desk. Nurse was nice though, I'm not an easy blood draw but she did it quite fast! Clean area and waiting room.

Fast and efficient!!!! Received horrible treatment from the Quincy location and ended up here. What a difference. Avoid Quincy and go to Brockton!

I am a retired Air Force Medic here in Brockton due to family emergency. I’m in the process on embarking on a new Career with United Airlines and had to complete my drug test by today. I wanted to publicly give thanks to Ms Janet for listening to me and taking great care of me. She was friendly, compassionate, understanding and willing to go above and beyond on such short notice. Thank you Ms Janet and many blessing to you!!

Extremely professional and clean! They were very friendly and I felt confident that there would be no mix ups or other issues with the drug screen I took for work.

Came in for an STD testing, the website made it seem like I would be all set for a same-day testing. I walked in and was condescendingly told "We can't just hand test kits out, we need authorization to order a test kit faxed from your doctor." Really? Then why can I walk into Fenway Health, Planned Parenthood, or any minute clinic and be tested and sometimes given medication the same day? Make it clear on the website that you need prior authorization to order a test kit (which btw, is pretty silly considering there are plenty of other walk-in options for STD screenings). I don't see myself booking any appointments with Quest Diagnostics again.

I went to this location today for my routine lab tests (normally go to Whitman since in same bldg as my Dr). I wouldn't recommend this location at all. When i arrived they had an annoying check-in process where you had to enter all your id info on an ipad which was on a stand near the door so you had to stand there in the way of anyone entering going through and entering what i thought was much more info than needed considering all the details were on my lab slip (vs simply signing a check-in sheet in Whitman with your name and the arrival time). While the facility appeared clean and the person that helped me was very nice, the place is very small and everything that is said is heard by everyone else waiting for testing (ie, you need this or that sample and where to leave it, what to do etc). Additionally, after blood work my typical experience is there isn't much of a trace of the extraction, but this time I had a 3" line of blood blisters in the area of the extraction! Nasty! Also thought it was very weird that there isn't any soap or towels in the bathroom, but there is a sign indicating the soap and towels are OUTSIDE the bathroom on the counter. I was glad to get out of the place and surely don't recommend if you value some semblance of privacy. Back to Whitman for me!

I was there around 9am and since it's in the same building as Signature medical, I'm sure the receptionist has to direct people to the correct place often. However, this receptionist (I didn't catch her name as I was furious but her arms are completely covered in tattoos) was having an excitable conversation with another employee when I entered. She did not turn around but finished her conversation. She then turned around to point me to the sign in sheet. I explained that I may not be in the right place & started to tell her what I was looking for. She never let me finish & pointed me across the hall. So I finished my sentence to make sure she understood since both places do labs. She cut me off again & rudely mocked the way I said the word "labs". While I was walking out the door she did it again, mocking me to the next patient who was behind me. Very loudly. Very unprofessional. I work for a psych. practice who uses Quest often. I would be fired if I addressed a patient this way.
