I was able to drive right up to the window yesterday, with no wait, but unfortunately, that's where the good stops. I wanted to make a simple deposit and withdraw some money for groceries. Well, it was rather windy. So I put my deposit slip, check and ID on the tray at the drive-thru and the person doesn't take it in right away. He's too busy chatting with a coworker inside. So I say something, "please, it's really windy out here. I don't want my stuff to blow away." He takes it in with no apology. Then he finally completes the transaction, which seemed to take longer than necessary and he puts it in an envelope, not under the bar, but leaning against the side. The wind blew it right off almost immediately. I had to get out of my car, with it running, to chase after my money, deposit slip and license! I get back in the car and again, no apology or even acknowledgement of what happened. If I was physically incapable of running fast enough, my money, deposit AND my driver's license would have been gone. I am NOT happy. I know the wind could not be controlled, but a little more awareness or empathy would have been appreciated!

The weekend Manager Today was as Rude as it can get her customer service skills is on the level of a Someone who really does not want to WORK!!! I had a issue that would have taken maybe 2 minutes of her time.. she told she was booked for the entire day when it seemed like girls just chatting loudly nothing bank related!! So went to the window and spoke with a very pleasant young lady who did have 2 mins to talk with me about my bank issuesThank you Mellisa ??

Do me a favor and don’t go to this location some ignorant people work there.I just learned that you have to have a business account to ask for change .I don’t have a business I just have my personal account.

Staff here are very helpful and friendly. Things can be stressful with masks and distancing and wait times, especially around the holidays, but they really went out of their way to attend to customers and keep things rolling.

I absolutely love this bank the whole company in general I think all around they are a great banking company excellent to their customers any issues I’ve had were cleared up within a day or two at the latest. The only thing it literally drives me insane is what is the ATM about right in front of the drive-through I don’t know who logically thought that one through but you must’ve been high or something because there is no way for a vehicle to be at the drive-through and at the ATM at the same time, impossible. Either way love SANTANDER!!!!!!

I went to the bank to get a Bank Check to close on my home mortgage refinance. The teller was very courteous but handed me my bank check unsigned. When I arrived to my closing they noticed that the check hadn't been signed and postponed my closing to the next day. I had to go back to the bank to get them to sign it and then take another day off of work to go to the closing.

The staff is courteous and pleasant. Parking can be an issue sometimes though. Don't listen to the negative reviews, those are left by morons that have no idea how a bank works.
