“I’ll be honest, I was very hesitant to enroll my grandchild at Lil Steps Daycare after reading some of the older reviews online. As a grandmother, I take these decisions very seriously, and I was worried about whether my grandbaby would truly be cared for, supported, and safe. But after meeting the new administration and seeing the changes for myself, I am so glad our family gave them a chance.

From the very beginning, the communication with families has been outstanding. The staff keeps us informed about everything — from daily activities and meals to learning progress and little milestones throughout the day. I never feel out of the loop, and that means so much to me as a grandparent who wants to stay involved.

What truly stands out the most is the relationship between the teachers and the children. You can tell these teachers genuinely care. They are patient, loving, attentive, and they really take the time to understand each child’s personality and needs. My grandchild talks about the teachers constantly at home, and it warms my heart to see how excited they are to go to daycare every morning. That kind of bond cannot be faked.

Academically, I have been pleasantly surprised. This is not just a place where children are “watched” during the day — they are actively learning. I’ve seen growth in my grandchild’s vocabulary, social skills, numbers, letters, and overall confidence. The structure and learning environment have exceeded my expectations.

The new administration deserves credit for creating a more positive, organized, and welcoming atmosphere. Whatever may have happened in the past does not reflect the experience our family has had. People should give this center the opportunity to show how much it has improved.
