The Drive up an go service is terrible. I have placed orders there several times a week. When I come to pick up the order most of the time no one answers the phone or somehow my order is forgotten after im told they will be right out with it.

Love this Shaw's. It's always not very busy, awesomely stocked with a wider variety of foods at better than usual cheap food pricing across all Brockton supermarkets. I consider it my lil hidden gem of supermarkets in Brockton.

The women’s restroom is always absolutely filthy and smells like an explosion of bad urine everywhere, like it has never been cleaned. It is like this every single time. The feminine hygiene bins are full and overflowing in the stalls, hardly any hand soap to use, the rancid ammonia smell will almost make you pass out it’s so strong it’s like no one cleans in there and there are never any paper towels. It’s worse than going in a port-o-potty.
Shaws is also very expensive and too overpriced to afford any items in general.
