Carol is super helpful & full of information. Every question I had, she had an answer. Jeff & the rest of the staff made my 2019 Honda Passport look new again! Literally looks like it just came off the assembly line from Honda. 10/10 we DEFINITELY recommend. If you are in the south shore of Mass, this shop is where it’s at.

Man where do I start this garage (Sparks Street Autobody) was above and beyond any experience that I’ve ever had when dealing with automotive issues. We all know the nightmare that come with some of these businesses who try to get you in and out as fast as possible but most of the time leave you with more issues than results. Customer service amazing,work was impeccable ,let me just say those FIVE STARS ARE EARNED.And man the gentleman who was running that show who looks you in the eyes and tells you the truth and lets you know he will do his best I’m blown away by his results and the extras, you’ve going to just have to go and find out for yourself.

This is a great auto shop! I’ve had work on my car before when someone rear ended my car and they were on time, responsive, and professional. I recommended Spark St. Autobody again when my mom was rear ended on her car and consistently, the team is amazing! My mom was thrilled when she picked up her car. Thank you so much everyone at Spark. I definitely trust this place. They are knowledgeable and connect all the dots with insurance and car rental to make it easy for the client end of things.

They go above, & beyond to help out. It was raining hard I left car door open.Transfering item from rental to my own car. Owner stayed to make sure. I was ok. My car wouldn't start. He gave my car a jump, & told me to drive my car around for 15 min. No more issues with starting.

Excellent Service! Carol and Randy took great care of me. After being hit from behind, the load of stress associated was surmount being a teacher and a mother of 2. This place had my car ready before expected and the car looked amazing! There was a mix up with my spare tire being damaged and they gladly and quickly fix that as well. Thank you everyone at Spark Street Auto Body for making this process pain free!! You guys far exceeded my expectations. Keep being Awesome!!!!!Services: Body & Trim

Two months ago my car was hit when I wasn’t even in the vehicle. I was going into my house to grab a change of clothes when I heard a loud crash. After calling about every auto body shop in the south shore area, Sparks auto body was the only one offering the quickest solution. My car wasn’t even in the shop for more than three days. I am highly satisfied with this business. My car looks brand new, like when I got it out of the dealership. Not very good phone etiquette. Called to ask a general question. The lady asked who was calling, gave her my name and let her know my name had nothing to do with the question I was calling about. I asked whether they did body work on German vehicles and she rudely said "NO!" and hung up. Thanks. Your people need more training.
