Do not recommend!!! Paid $150 for two large pictures for my husbands funeral and before it was even over, one of the pictures was coming off the board. The ones I made with dollar tree boards and prints for less than $5 held up better…..
The manager apologized and offered 20% off NEXT TIME! Stay clear, shoddy work and no customer service at all!

The person managing the UPS store deliberately did not scan my package so that he could steal it. UPS has declared the package lost. When I called to speak to a manager I was put on hold and never responded to again.

I would have give a zero if I could!!! No costumer service. Apparently I should have known when I came to be helped!!!! My 1st time to print labels here. I had 2 different information from 2 different staff. I waste my money and time printing things that I don't need!!!!

Ordered a printing service and got the email that it was ready to pick-up when I got there to the store it was not ready. I had to wait for it to be ready.

Store not opened on time and when staff arrived they still did not open the store while 10 people stood and waited another 15min. Extremely unprofessional.

Run, do not walk, to another store. The associates hate you here. They’ll make you wait in line while they scroll social media. If you ask someone for help, you will be met with nothing but contempt and hatred. The Norwood store is better - at least they try - but here at Brockton you get to pay 10/20% more for everything and enjoy the horrific service

Went to store to drop something off at the front counter for someone that worked there, the Spanish cashier lady was playing on her phone and gave me an attitude about it, management needs to retrained here on how to talk to a customer, I wont be back!!!!

There's this staff Kristin who took my photo and that of my daughter on 6/4/24. She's so rude and unprofessional. I had encountered her earlier this year and she had the same sick attitude. If she's tired of working at staples she should move away and give room to the other courteous staff to make an impression. She needs to undergo some training on attitude and character

The associates know my needs and take the extra steps to help.
If they are out of a product which is seldom, they set me up for next day free shipping. Being self-employed I can't afford downtime.
Staples keeps that to an extreme minimum.
