I had ordered a batch of shirts for my business in 2020 and the quality of the product was great. This year I decided to change up some of the design, and decided to reach out for a new batch of shirts. The rendering they had sent over was approved and I had made payment as they require full payment up front. The shirts were delayed for a reason unknown. After reaching out multiple times they had finally responded and shipped them. I received the order and the shirts do not match the rendering and the design that had stayed the same was done incorrectly also. After expressing my concerns they said they would work with me to find a solution. Since then they have been unresponsive and avoiding my calls. Very disappointed with the outcome of the product and the customer service.

I wanted 100 t-shirts for my students for the end of the semester - I came up with a logo and sent it over to them. Justin the administrator & Cofounder was prompt and great. The shirts were done before the deadline. It was a great experience! I will definitely use them again!
