DO NOT go here! I walked in to get my nails and feet done and instead of telling me the wait time, the man told me, very rudely simply NO. TERRIBLE RACIST SERVICE. I can see why there was only one person in there.
UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: Instead of asking me to come back another time, he was COMPLETELY dismissive. Had I come in there not dressed down and in my expensive clothing, he wouldn't have judged a book and been COMPLETELY rude. As you can see from his comment generalizing me. JUST TERRIBLE business practices.

I'm still trying to process what just happened at my, most definitely, last nail appointment at Sun Nails. First he had 3 people scheduled for around the same time so one person had to leave and I had to wait 40 minutes, not a huge deal. The First thing I asked for when I sat down was to have 2 coats on the color so it wouldn't be so light and transparent like it was the last 2 times I had went there, he said no problem, definitely not a strange request (so I thought). I could tell he was agitated and rushing since he scheduled wrong and everything was running late but nothing could have prepared me for when it was time for the simple second coat I had requested. He started going off on me to the point where I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there. I paid for my "service" and left a tip and sprinted out the door, I will NEVER go back to this place and I'll make sure to let everyone know how they treat their customers.

ricky did mine and my sister in laws nails and we had a great experience. he’s gentle and very sweet, he made our nails look amazing. definitely coming back!! and the prices are amazing

These guys are amazing, respectful, personable, clean, friendly, do a GREAT job& you CAN actually get ombré or designs or encapsulated, most places don’t know what there doing or don’t want to do it or you can’t unless you go to some upscale place out of town mostly , THIS is the place ?? ? I absolutely love Sun Nails! Ricky and his wife are extremely friendly and very welcoming. They both know their stuff. Ricky is one of the only people that gets my nails exactly how I want them. He puts so much time and effort into his work and it shows.It is at times hard to get an appointment when you want. But that’s because it is just the 2 of them. Which I appreciate because both take their time and listen to what the customer wants.So happy to have Sun Nails in Brockton! ☺️

So I was looking for a spot to get my nails done and a pedicure and I randomly stumbled upon this spot in Brockton. It's located behind the Shaw's shopping plaza. They usually take appointments only, but I was able to get a walk-in because it was a slow afternoon and someone canceled their appointment! Customer service was good. There was only 2 people working, a guy doing nails and a lady doing pedicures. MY PEDICURE WAS FANTASTIC! I also got a short full set. Gel on both nails and feet. My daughter got a basic manicure and pedicure. Total came to $130 for a gel pedicure, short full set with gel (basic single color) and basic mani + pedi. All in all, we were happy with the outcome. I will definitely return again!

I would not give a start to these place because if I did would be -000000. But I am giving a start so you get curious about why I gave only one start. I have to share how bad this place is. Ricky no only did he do a terrible job, but he also was so very rude he even talk to be quiet. He rush you to pick a color, he do not listen to how you like your nails. I was asking for him for longer nails but he kept cutting.Tina his wife should not be doing pedicures, I could of do it myself and I wouldn’t have to pay, I make her stop and I left without her finishing the pedicure.No matter how much I would tell them that they were not doing the job wrong they didn’t care. They both pretend it not to understand English but then they started talking between the two of them and you could tell they were talking about you. After all that they make you pay if not they call the police on you $95. No wonder why it was empty. Do not go there!!!!!!!!!!Services: Pedicure

Have been trying to call and make an appointment since yesterday. Multiple calls through out the day no answer what so ever. How? I understand not answering maybe the first or second time bc of being busy, but 2 days in a row I've been calling this location and not a single answer.

I had the worst experience at the nail salon … first of all this nail salon it’s very dirty ! The guy that was doing my nail used the same nail file that he used on himself on my nails , which they are not supposed to do ! They never clean ! It’s full of dust everywhere! The nail service was super bad , when it came to my nails they were super bulky and as you can see very ugly .He also charge me for this awful nail set and refuses to take them down for free, in process of taking my nails out he tried to lift those awful acrylic nails with another acrylic nails which again they are not supposed to do so bc it will damaged your natural nails . I would not recommend! Do not go there ! Since I can’t reply to your comment- ( Yes I’m telling the true , you wanted to blame the nail polish which has nothing with the nail shapes , it’s awful if you seeing this ..trust me don’t go here ! It’s very dirty! They don’t even clean anything ) I’m also calling the health department. Have a good day .
