“The Charity Guild in Brockton has done and continues to provide for many of our Brockton Public School families. During COVID they were a life saver for many of the families who were not able to leave their homes. The food packages they put together are fresh and the quantity they provide for the size of the family meets their needs. I will always be grateful to them for their continued support and providing a forum for other food pantries to be a part of (Brockton Area Hunger Network). They are always able to assist without hesitation! Thank you Charity Guild and members of the team to help Brockton families to feed their households.”

“I went there today—Tuesday, May 6, 2025–to just go thrifting. I’m new at thrifting and this was actually a lot of fun. I will say there aren’t a lot of crazy great options but nonetheless I found a lot of good clothes. The store was clean, the employee that checked me out was kind, and there are always some sort’ve deals going on. On top of that, the store is being remodeled as well, so I’m really looking forward to seeing how it begins to look when the renovations are finished. I would rate my first thrifting experience at Salvation Army a 3.5–4/5.”

“Such an awesome place for mamas & mama-to-bes to score some great deals on maternity & postpartum items. They have a ton of infant & toddler clothes, equipment, toys & much more! You can find some awesome things here priced very reasonably. They offer a bunch of classes & support groups too. Highly recommend checking them out!”

“We had such a lovely experience here! We met Alex when we came into the store, and she was genuinely one of the sweetest people. She provided such amazing customer service and made us feel so welcomed while we looked around. We found a beautiful jacket, and I was honestly so impressed with how fair and affordable the prices were. I even found items for as little as $0.25! You really can find some great stuff here without breaking the bank. Alex deserves so much recognition and definitely deserves more business because she was absolutely wonderful. The store itself was great, and the whole experience was a 10/10. We will definitely be coming back! 🩷”

“I found a stunning 14k gold ring here for an unbeatable price. The silver rings were also unique and beautiful - I wanted them all!! For comparison, I spent last week scanning thousands of rings in Brimfield, yet this store’s collection stood out more to me than anything I saw at the fair. The women working the counter were so warm and welcoming. Many many beautiful pieces in the store that I wanted to take home! They do a wonderful job curating their finds. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home or jewelry item. I’m so happy to have discovered this place! I will be back.”

“They are to help those who don't have much purchasing power to purchase products at very low prices, so those who can't go to big stores to buy new things can get used products at a low price. May they continue to target this large population, especially in times of global crisis. CONGRATULATIONS”

“I like the place overall, but the backroom hard goods.... well, I think they need to get someone else to be in charge of pricing ASAP. Many of the prices are ABOVE what items cost new. I'm guessing that the look up ebay ASKING prices and not what items have actually golf for. Mugs are all like $3-4 each, $5 used candles, generic prints for $40- it's just delusional. Otherwise, the store and staff are fine. They'd move FAR more stuff from the back if the prices were more realistic.”
