“I had such an amazing experience at Everett’s Auto Parts! At the last minute, I lost air in my tire and stopped by hoping for help. They were able to get me an extremely affordable tire and had it put on so quickly truly the best experience I’ve ever had.
That day I had my 3-year-old son with me (I’m a single mom), and he fell asleep in the car right before we got there. When I went inside carrying him, the woman in the sales shop immediately told me to sit and relax while she brought over a representative to help me. I was so touched by their kindness.
Then, when I went across the street to get the tire put on, Danielle, the tire center manager, was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and helpful while I tried to take care of my tired, cranky little one. Danielle is a great leader and made a stressful situation so much easier for me.

“My daughter brought her 2016 Renegade to get new brakes. When the technician tried to remove her tires they were unable to because a previous auto place had stripped the wheel lock key. Aidan and Chad worked with me for 2 days to find a solution to removing her tires. Unfortunately her car was unsafe to drive until the brakes were replaced. They went above and beyond for us and were able to eventually remove the tires and replace the brakes.”
