“My car got hit in a parking lot (the person owned up to it thankfully!) and my insurance company recommended Spark Street. They did a great job but what I didn’t expect was they fully detailed the inside! And that was a little embarrassing because my 2 Golden Retriever’s had a vet appt a few days before it went in so there was drool and paw prints everywhere - ahhhh!! “I had such an amazing experience at Everett’s Auto Parts! At the last minute, I lost air in my tire and stopped by hoping for help. They were able to get me an extremely affordable tire and had it put on so quickly truly the best experience I’ve ever had.
That day I had my 3-year-old son with me (I’m a single mom), and he fell asleep in the car right before we got there. When I went inside carrying him, the woman in the sales shop immediately told me to sit and relax while she brought over a representative to help me. I was so touched by their kindness.
Then, when I went across the street to get the tire put on, Danielle, the tire center manager, was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and helpful while I tried to take care of my tired, cranky little one. Danielle is a great leader and made a stressful situation so much easier for me.
