“This is a fantastic shop with great customer service! I purchased the Westcott Designs preload collar lift kit for my 4Runner ORP. I wanted a slight lift and to level it out. They kept me informed on the lead time and delivery of the kit and promptly got me in the shop for install w/alignment. Everything feels great on the truck now, the kit helped eliminate that typical nose dive. I am very happy with the quality of work. “All I can say is the man who helped me, a Spanish man (kinda muscular) was so nice and helpful. He also knew so much about my car that I couldn't be more happy. He even put some oil in for me because I was down a quart and was afraid to put it in. He noticed the dings on my car and said that if I was ever going to paint it, they definitely could match the color. That just amazed me because Nissan's (I know I have seen) have so many different shades. I neglected to get his name but what a courteous, helpful, knowledgeable gentleman. “We bought a new 2021 Forest River Wildwood trailer from Bradford, and they spent over an hour running through everything with me from how to use the water heater to how to use the hitch/balancer. Free. On our first trip the refrigerator was dead. Called their service department who was able to get a new one installed/tested. Free. But I didn't really know how good this customer service was until I had something to compare it to. We are looking to move up to a Grand Design, which unfortunately is a brand that Bradford didn't have. The RV dealer in Raynham that carries it charges a $990 fee for the mandatory orientation session, and will not cover labor for brand new components (like a 'fridge). Now I REALLY appreciate the extra care that Bradford provides!”

He had the engine mount I was looking for at an amazing price. I asked him to put the part on hold for me and I would be down just ask for Victor. When I walked into the store I identified Victor by his name tag. Very friendly professional demeanor. The part has since been installed in my car and I can't describe the joy that I have when it fits and it works the first time. Keep up the great work, I won't forget this.”
