Horrible!! Waited home all day for a delivery which never happened. Received notice of “delivery attempted” which never happened nor was a sticker or any other proof left at my house, the delivery truck was never on my property

Easily the most incompetent post office I have ever encountered. My packages are routinely sent to Rhode Island and Springfield, MA. I literally live next door in Abington, but I have to wait for the packages to make their way back from wherever Brockton sends them.

I could not tell from the reviews if this particular site had the public customer service… For the record, public cannot do any new transactions here.
