Thank you Josh. Well done. I realy appreciate what you did. I am updating this review 02-2025. This company has now turned into a joke the phone is constantly searching for signal 5G stands for joke and when it's on 4G it doesn't even work at all, l get call drops more then play station got games and ofcourse let me not forget the monthly charges that keep going up almost every month! Verizon has now officially become the very worst. Good luck consumers.

Switched from t mobile to here big mistake. Was told it would be same price switching and bill went from 165 to $255. I came back asked for help and was told to go pound sand more or less. Don’t come here and stay with T mobile or another provider with lower prices and better service.

Bought a new phone to replace my old worn out prepaid phone in middleboro. A+++ for middleboro btw. When to Brockton to ask them to transfer all my info for me. Middleboro said 30-60 min in the store. Tried to use Samsung transfer but my old phone is junk. Brockton first said, sorry we can't do it here. Then turns around and said but.....wait we can for $100. So first they can't help whitey, then they can. But will charge whitey $100. Racism at its finest at Verizon in Brockton. Corporate will be getting a call asap.

Would not go back to this location went to the store to check on upgrades and saw the girl laughing while she's trying to help me right in front of my face. I can get a phone or a plan anywhere I don't need this. She can laugh when I leave I'll laugh when I switch phone carriers. Whether you do or you don't that's not a good look for you especially at a mall I can still remember back in the late 80 and 90s and now it's almost abandoned. You gotta do better than that

I want to report both the Manager and the Assistant Manager: Josh & Joanna Lopes. I went to that store on June 28th to return my device in order to get a credit because they charged me for the device. She took it and never did the follow up. And they keep charging me late fee because of that unpaid balance. And until now, she didn’t do nothing, almost 2 months. They were so disrespectful and unprofessional.

I had a really bad experience with J at the retail store. I wished I knew this wasn't the real Verizon store, this is a retail store. I traded my working iphone 12 for a 14 because of the promotion. The man was nice when selling me the new iphone14. When I returned to the store to exchange the phone because it was acting weird, it was less than 30 days. The man said he didn't believe that the phone had issues, he couldn't order me a new iphone14. He left me sitting at the store and walked away. His colleague than took over and I was left with two options. 1) Keep the iphone14 with the issues or get an iphone15 and my bill will go up $10 more. I was under duress, ended taking the iphone15 so I could have my sanity. Now my phone bill is hire the $10 plus all the extra they added and won't disclose.

I opened an account in Jan 2024. I was told my bill would be ~$180/ month, meanwhile, my bill was $380 / month. It is May and working through the amount of issues on the bill has taken almost 20 hours with Verizon. The wrong phones were activated and I had to pay 2x the activation fee. They also did not tell me that you can buy insurance for 7.25 Instead of the $17.99 -- that alone is $20 per month extra. Do yourself a favor and go to a Verizon CORPORATE store if you want any chance of getting your discounts / quotes to match with your bill.

Twice now Verizon has sent reps to my house, asking me to sign up for their internet, if I declined the first time, why on earth are you people sending more reps to my house? NO means no.

Joanna was awesome and walked us through the entire upgrade process. She even helped my dad troubleshoot the data transfer process when he forgot his Apple ID. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!

Darnel is simply the best! My mother and I always go to him and he has the patience of a SAINT for two highly not tech savvy women. ^_^ He helped me get my husband his first cell phone and answered all our questions. This store is excellent. It has good people who are very kind, patient and funny. Thanks! ^_^
