Victor Rosario caused a huge issue for my husband by submitting his wrong birthdate to immigration when processing his green card. His green card has the incorrect birthdate on it. When it was time for my husband to renew, immigration requested his birth certificate to prove his date of birth.... Rightfully so. First Victor did not submit the birth certificate... He sent a form to immigration to request a change to his birth date on his green card. USCIS is VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHICH DOCUMENTS THEY NEED. Victor is not only incompetent but he should not be working with individuals in need of immigration assistance. His mistakes could result in someone being deported. I highly advise you to visit the Cape Verdean Association in Brockton and Mr. Rosario, you need to retire. You are unable to do your job proficiently and your mistakes cause individuals and families lots of issues. Do not go here!!
