I don’t know the name of the girl that helped my mother last from the store. But she was extremely disrespectful. My mother went to get me medicine since I’m in a lot of pain and I couldn’t go myself. My mother after patiently waiting for her to stop talking to her friend she proceeded to ring up my mom and my mother gave her $21.02 so she could get a exact $10 back in cash from her total which was $9.02. The girl slams the cash down and ask her why she giving her another dollar. I don’t know if this cashier is new or something. But being disrespectful to my mother just because it’s closing is insane. It’s a pharmacy where a lot of people are picking up medication for pain. We aren’t shopping there because it’s fun for us. Why is she yelling to tell my mother to go home

Not only 1 time 8 have issues with get my scripts filled .when I ask for a supervisor the Phamcey staff refuses to put someone on I have been hung up on and verbally abuse .. The store is awesome and never had a issue it is the Pharmacy all the time, they are rude and classless .. I have never had a issue with my medicine when I with Rite Aide which unfortunately was bought out ..

I had to get a photo enlarged to 16x20 in a very short period of time to bring to a memorial service. One large office supply store said it would be two to three hours, one local print shop was closed for vacation. I went to Walgreens in a panic - not only did they walk me through the kiosk experience, they had the photo ready for me in about 15 minutes. I cannot thank them enough for being so helpful in a very emotional and sad time for me.
