A nice guy up front with a lip piercing named Michael doing the register helped me and my daughter last night he did great there was a very huge line and I didn’t speak English well and he took the time for us to understand the warranty for the item we had bought were from El Salvador and don’t understand much English. My daughter helped me take the time to write this out but Michael helped us with our transaction went above and Beyond ! Great Service.

The women at the return desk are rude and slow.
I waited 20 minutes..3 women standing around doing nothing.
When i finally got to a register the cashier didn't say ONE word to me. Not hello, goodbye, thank you or may I help you!
Rude and ignorant!
It's not the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I’m really thankful a lot for people are working in here, because I parked overnight in here and no one’s bothered me. I parked there and bought some groceries for my self. Please all trucking people or shoppers don’t throw away trash around. Keep it clean, It’s hard to looking for a truck parking lot so be thankful

This walmart is horrible. They don't have much. Everything in looking for a specific item it's not there.i have to go to plymouth
walmart.its sad cuz I live next to halifax walmart. Halifax also only has 1 register open and I hate self checkout it's so bad there

Walmart stores vary from town to town. The Walmart in Brockton, MA is awful! I'd give them 1 star. They don't have any self checkout lanes for quick trips, it's usually busy, but only 4 lanes are open and I waited in the "20 Items Or Less" checkout for 20+ minutes because they didn't tell the people in front of us to use another lane (they had a huge cart full of items, definitely more than 20). Every single time I have been here has been frustrating. They have a large space but you can't find anything specific. I needed to get a yard of fabric yesterday. Nothing strange or unique, a simple solid color of cotton, but they had next to nothing compared to the SMALLER Walmart in Abington. I ended up shopping for two other things as well, but I spent 75% of my time in line. There's NO SELF CHECKOUT HERE, so be ready to wait in line.
My advice, drive another 5 minutes and go to the Walmart in Abington, MA. A smaller Walmart, but well stocked. It's usually clean, has a much better selection than the huge store in Brockton, they offer self checkout AND you can use their app to "Scan and Go" for an even faster checkout experience! They almost never have a line for checking out, so I am in and out of the store in the amount of time that I would just be waiting in line at the Brockton store!

Easily the best Walmart has to offer in the area for clothing options.
Very clean store.

I don't like this location every time I go to purchase Poland Spring 32 bottles there they always run out and the lines are too long not to mention the attitudes from some of the cashiers! 😔
