I was informed of the repairs that would be performed and agreed with their professional recommendation. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them. I am extremely happy with the level of service and expertise. Exceptional company.”

“I am pregnant with a September due date. My fingers are swollen and I have not been able to get my rings off for the past few months. I believe it was Gregory and his father who helped me today. They were extremely professional and kind. My rings mean so much to me that I was distraught to have to cut them off, but the anxiety of potentially having them removed at the hospital was too much! I couldn't feel better about the experience. They took so much care cutting them off my finger. My finger is still indented over 9 hrs later so I feel that getting them off was definitely the best move. I look forward to returning to the store to get them resized in a few months.”
“I honestly can’t get over how amazing Snyder Jewelers is. My Dad passed away a few years ago and left me a diamond ring that was a bit on the masculine side so I brought it in to see if they could place it in a more feminine one. Process was super seamless they showed me several options on a screen where you can see all the dimensions (super helpful). I made my choice and they even took money off for the band that it initially came in. Oh and while I was there they cleaned my wedding rings which is always a huge plus, looked brand new when I walked out. They kept me in the loop via text with updates and even picked it up for me on the way back from a wedding they went to! They’re just awesome, I won’t go anywhere else, I even plan on bringing some family members there when they visit.”

“I needed a gift and fast! I called to see if they had a particular watch but while on hold had to take another call that took a lot longer than expected. I received a call back and returned the call shortly after closing. They went out of their way to provide their cell phone number so I could text them a picture of what I was looking for, remember this was after closing the store. They had what I wanted and opened the store so I could purchase all while providing exceptional customer service. Thank you to the Manager I believe her name was Britney and her colleague Alex. These ladies are great!”
