I have been banking with them for over 20 years and now they have a new unprofessional manager Anthony that is not fit for the job that does't care about the employees and neither the customers. The manager has no business sense and have no clue how to take care of the customers and how the money works. He is so ignorant and has no comon sense how the business works that he is willing to loose a customer to gain $30 dollars! Nina and Suzana are great and know how to care the customers and always go extra mile to make sure the customers are happy, and that is the only reason I am staying with the bank for now. These two ladies need a better manager around them so they keep performing well.This guy/Anthony needs to know that we don't need him and neither the Webster bank. They need us the customer! Without us he has no job, and never mind, he has the job that he is just lucky to hold that position for now.

I suggest banking else where! They charge fees for everything! And very little to noHelp with customer service!

They have polite and relatively quick service. The woman who initially set up my account over a year ago still knows my name and still asks about my father who was there with me well over a year ago. Professional, no nonsense service and they take care of me like I'm a big shot.

Completely customer friendly and extremely helpful. Webster is out of Connecticut and is moving into this area with great service and Understanding the personnel touch Which has gone away in many banks since the mergers of many local savings banks.

This is got to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with as far as the service goes, you can pull up to the drive-thru and you're going to sit there for 5 to 10 minutes before somebody even comes to the window to tell you just a minute, if you go into the bank it's just as bad when this bank was the first fed it was way better I would leave but I've got this Bank listed on all my computer sites etc etc and it would be a pain in the a** to transfer

HORRENDOUS customer service! Went here to open a new checking account. They had one person working on a saturday morning. I waited over 30 minutes without help before leaving and I was not the only one! People were sitting in chairs in the lobby waiting so long for this one guy and guess what he was doing? shuffling through papers behind the counter. He didn't even aknowledge myself or anyone until 15 mins into waiting. He was unpleasant and seemed very stressed and flustered. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life and I have seen it all working in retail for 10 years. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and unprofessional.This bank could care less abt their customers! I wouldn't bank here if they gave me free money!!! Don't know how this place stays in business.
