“Great Show. Beautiful spot out in the country and surrounded by forest. The house is from 1698 and you can go in and purchase antiques and some sweets. The show isn't huge, yet has maybe 50/60 vendors, all under tents. Mostly all primitive antiques and country antiques. Excellent quality items too. Not to far from Brimfield and Old Sturbridge Village. Usually in June and September. Get there early!”
“This is an antique store in the truest sense with alot of primitive and early american wares with a bit of vintage tossed in. Lots of options for jewelry and trinkers.”
“Came on a Monday as we were traveling through the state in late spring. Give yourself time to look around. They have a bit of everything for everyone. All price points are presented here, depends on what you're looking for, but there are true antiques here as well as vintage.
This shop is much better than the one down the road closer to Palmer which is literally yard sale finds. Staff was very attentive and polite, bathroom on-site as well.”
“Quaker Acres is one of the many fields open during the Brimfield Fair. Parking is available in the back of the field during show weeks, but it fills up early, and I do mean early. They have porta-potties and foot pumped field sinks to wash your hands. The antique vendors are in the front part of the street, of course and I recognize many repeat vendors year after year. Friendly and chatty, I have been able to contact one vendor during non-show period and asked him to bring a piece I had my eye on, which he was kind enough to do. If you are a vendor in this field and have received a minature piece of Hershey chocolate or two, you've been in contact with Twin Ravens. See our postings of the Brimfield Fair on you tube.”
“I come to this indoor flea market every week. This place always has cool treasures in each different booth. Tons of gifts and handmade furniture. Tons of awesome vendors with toys, video games, cards, and collectibles. There is something for everybody. The woman that runs it is always friendly to deal with.”
“Was a porter up here for 10 years or so, now I run a booth for my buddy.. theres certainly something for everyone, just a matter of searching it out. The New England Motel food court and the food vendors across the street all offer varying delicious options. If you've never been, get in the opening day mix bright and early so you don't miss a chance at finding rare items. While all the fields have things to offer, New England Motel does it the best.”
“If you love antiques, thrifting and generally amazing finds, You HAVE to stroll this field! May, July and September shows!!! Top of the line dealers, friendliest staff, clean restrooms, even for portable!!The food on site is FABULOUS too! Sassys has 3 locations on the Wednesdays that the field opens!”
“I had a lot of problems getting event. They were super accommodating and understandingAs a vendor they're on my AAA+++ list been doing this 30 years full-time now and there's only two other promoter on that list.”
“Tons of goodies, big variety, especially vintage & antiques! You never know what you might find here. Trouble is it does tend to get extremely crowded, making shopping a lot more difficult & stressful than it should be. If you're someone who has anxiety or little patience, you may want to pass! Otherwise worth a visit. Something for everyone here. Prices do vary. Parking can be tough & costly. You probably want to arrive extra early, so that you don't have a long walk...do expect traffic as well during peak season! Wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing plenty of walking around as you browse & see what they have to offer.”
