“Stop looking and go here. I live in Kentucky and I was traveling home from Boston and broke down on I-90 near Sturbridge. Based on the online reviews, I had my car towed to Five Star. They understood I was passing through and needed to get back on the road, so they took me right in. He diagnosed my bad alternator and called several parts stores until he finally found one. He had it fixed in record time and even cleaned and sprayed my battery terminals. You can tell he is a people person and cares about the customer in addition to being a fabulous mechanic. The price was very fair and service was outstanding. If I lived there, they would get all of my business. Please note: this is not an AI generated review!”
“Smooth and easy experience! It's a small dealership with no hassle or high pressure sales. Derek in sales and Pete in finance are the guys I dealt with along with the owner who actually test drive my trade! “Had an issue with my lower rear bumper cover and had to have it be replaced or repaired with their autobody shop. I can't get over how well of a job they did on it for me,never mind the low price. They were alot lower than I had thought they would be on the price. Gave me a price and they stuck with it. I actually feel a little guilty not paying them more. Dont hear that very often.U can't even tell where the repair was done. What an awesome job! I've been going to country auto for years and I've always been treated very well. And I give them 5 stars too for helping my 87 yr young father out with his SUV down there too. I thank all of you at country auto for such great work in the body shop and the mechanics shop”

“Paul has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Quick story to show what a great guy he is: when I was younger and living with my mother (who had serious health issues) we lived up the road from his shop (about 1/4 of a mile). When I wasnt able to bring her car to the shop for her Paul would walk and pick up her car for her and once it was done would drop it off and walk back. You just wont find this type of thing with mechanics and certainly not the OWNER of the shop doing it.
Paul is an honest mechanic with service that is top notch. When I have something I cant do myself he is my first call. Don't hesitate to come here! If it was possible Id give 10 stars!”

As long as u call them an give em a heads up. Unlike LKQ over in Webster, there a corporate company, and have all these rules an laws! HELLO! It's a junk yard not the new York stock exchange. “I would give them 10 star review if I could. I brought my car there to get the bumper and headlight fixed after my car was hit. I got my car back and not only did they fix my bumper and headlight but they replaced the other headlight, repainted most of my car and even buffed out cover ups the previous owner had covered with nail polish. To my surprise it was completely cleaned out and vacuum also. I was beyond happy with their work. If I ever have to get auto body work done again, (hopefully I won’t have to) I will definitely be bringing it back there.”

Brought same bike back there recently with self diagnosis after Mathew and the team looked it over was not my problem. They fixed it ,even fixing other unknown issues.
