Used to work here on third shift for almost 3 years. Lots of drama, high turn over, understaffed and overworked. Sometimes you're even encouraged to clock in early and you will be lucky to clock out when you're supposed to. Been through three managers as they all quit. Someone always has something to say about another employee even when you're working hard and doing everything you're supposed to and more. This place also has had a rat problem which seems to have remained undisclosed from the public. Coffee bar in fountain areas are not properly cleaned and the nozzles that are coming out of these beverages are also never cleaned nearly as much as they should be or changed out. Sometimes there will be a buildup of mold within these nozzles if they are not clean. Third shift works alone and the rest of the shifts will be lucky to have enough people to make the store functional without stressing someone out or overworking them. Training process here is also horrible if you're the kind of person that is not a quick learner. They give you computer training that you almost have no time to finish and they expect you to finish this computer training during your breaks where you're not getting paid, the computer training is not enough to ensure proper learning. And because there's such a high turnover they will throw a brand new employee on the floor with absolutely no training whatsoever and not even a week after being here you will most likely end up carrying a shift on your own when you have not even had a month time to learn most essential things. I do not advise working here unless you have no other options and you need the money. And as a customer be careful purchasing certain things from here and be careful of the drinks from the fountains and coffee.

Almost always a positive experience whenever we stop here. Gas prices are cheap, store has a variety of snacks, cold & hot beverages, lottery, cigarettes, etc. Clean restrooms for customers. Staff is usually very pleasant & attentive. Hot prepared foods such as the Cumberland Farms pizza slices & empanadas are usually well stocked & ready, or you can request items to be made fresh that only take a few minutes. Handicapped parking available. Store is usually clean & presentable. Decent prices on most everything.

Coffee bar is usually a mess, customers don't care about helping the employees by making their lives a little easier and cleaning up their messes. Staff is rude sometimes. Hit or miss with the items that you need.

Nice to have a store opened all hours. Convenient location when you are in the area. I don't think there are any other gas stations or stores around here. Lived in this area 9 years, this has always been the "to go" shop
