“We have been using Dave's Appliance for appliance repair for many years. Two years ago the element in my oven went two weeks before Thanksgiving. It was replaced in plenty of time. When our washer recently broke, both Rick and John went above and beyond to repair it. We greatly appreciate their service.”

“Paolo helped with adding a Gizmo kids watch for our daughter today. He was very helpful, offered all our options very detailed and he listed to our needs. When you go to Verizon Sturbridge ask for Paolo tell him Mike and Laurie sent you.”

“Great experience at Dave's. Our Dishwasher broke a week ago. Checked out Dave's website, found what we wanted, stopped by the store and ordered it in and out in about 30 minutes. They came today when they said they would. The install was smooth the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All around a great experience.”

“I went to the Sturbridge Verizon wireless store on Thursday and had a very positive experience. Derrick greeted me (and my boss) at the front door and checked us in. There was a very short wait, 2 minutes or so, and then Derrick was back to help us. We weren't there to buy new phones but had questions about moving our numbers to the company corporate account and what that would entail. While he couldn't actually do that for us, he was most helpful in providing us the information and assistance we needed. We left there feeling well informed. He had a great personality and an easy, friendly way about him. I would recommend anyone visiting the Sturbridge Verizon store to seek out Derrick as he is very knowledgeable and helpful.”
