Tracy at AER Nail Bar is truly amazing. I’ve been getting my nails done by her and I’m always so impressed—not just by how beautiful they turn out, but by how long they last. She’s incredibly skilled, super detail-oriented, and really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect.
The vibe at AER is also super clean and chic, and they were kindly able to accommodate my party of 5.

I have been to this nail salon multiple times within the past few months. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly. I usually try to schedule with Min because he is amazing. I get gel x extensions and Min always does an amazing job at recreating my inspo pics.

They went kinda crazy on my cuticles. I don't get my nails done often so I didn't think much of it. But randomly one of her movements caused a stinging pain. She apologized and kept putting this green tinted liquid on it (I'm hoping it was a disinfectant). It didn't bleed during the appointment and she made effort to not get any more chemicals on it.
But later the night I take my shoes off and my nail has black dried blood underneath it. It's sore to walk on and I'm worried about infection. Keeping it clean and dry in hopes the pain is gone in a day or two.
I know mistakes happen but I question if they should have completed my service after pulling off all of the cuticle beside my nail. She seems to understand that I was hurt but didn't provide any follow ups or anything besides an apology. I was naive and didn't know that area is prone to infection. I wish I'd known it could get serious so I could have washed and disinfected it earlier in the day before it scabbed over. I feel like it was their responsibility as a place that specializes in this stuff to inform me.

Not only were the employees rude, but the service took forever. Three days later, the dip started chipping. I reached out three times to schedule a repair and never heard back. On top of that, this was the most expensive manicure I’ve ever had — truly the worst experience all around

Lauren did an incredible job with my nails! She is so fast and also incredibly detailed. Also the salon is very reasonably priced for how skilled their team is. Would highly recommend.

If you visit this nail salon, DO NOT get a pedicure from V. I booked the “Relax and Renew” pedicure, but the service I received was far from what was advertised. V improperly trimmed my toenails by digging under the skin, which can cause ingrown nails, something even a non-professional like myself knows to avoid.
The 15-minute foot massage I paid for lasted barely 10 minutes. In contrast, my boyfriend’s technician actually set a timer to ensure he received the full massage time.
At the end, V told me to wait 15 minutes for my polish to dry, but it was fully dry within 5. He never returned to check on me, nor did he apply cuticle oil to finish the service.
Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience, definitely not worth the $75 I spent.

Horrible experience. DO NOT go here if you just want an acrylic nail removal. My nails are paper thin and the nail tech I had seemed to have not known how to use the tools she needed to. I left with residue and glue all over my hands and had to finish the job at home. I was also there for an hour an a half just for this service that COST $62!

Min is my nail tech for Saturday, June 14! He is very professional! He does amazing work! He took my dip nails off and gave me a manicure. I highly recommend him! Just ask for him!

Okay, I’ve gotten pedicures not only throughout Boston, but all over the world- from Thailand to Malaysia to Colombia and China. Snowie at Aer Nailbar makes my top 3 best pedicures. She is meticulous, gentle and thorough, and the polish job is smooth and absolutely seamless. I will be coming back to see her the next time I need a pedicure or anything else- and you should to!
