Tonight I got the best manicure of my LIFE from Jingli 🫶🏼🫶🏼 !! She was so unbelievably detailed and fast. She gave me every single (picky, oddly specific) thing I asked for with ease. This place is always good and always professional but especially with my experience tonight — they exceeded all expectations. I was also running late and they offered to stay 15 min behind close and make sure my nails were perfect. The hand massage was also so good. This made my day, thank you :)

i got a gel x manicure and it looks and feels amazing! the process was so smooth and my nail tech was so kind. i feel like they look almost like my normal nails and they don’t feel chunky and awkward at all. the coats of gel polish are also so smooth and even and look so nice. it was definitely a little pricey (i also asked for a pattern) but the quality is there

product flooding under my nails and a wound from filing. careless dip application, my nails are not smooth. Additionally, this service was way too expensive. A dip manicure at any other salon would be $70 maximum. $105 is atrocious :(

My gel manicure felt very rushed and I'm not even the type of person who likes luxuriating in getting my nails done. The manicure started at 3:15; I was out the door by 3:40. The filing and shaping was thorough but the gel was applied very thickly and burned my fingers during the curing process. My technician, Tina, brushed it off and just kept gesturing me to hurry up and stick my hand back under the UV lamp. Checking out was a weird experience too. The receptionist was so distracted; she was painting mannequin nails. Disappointing experience.

I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Both were good overall! My nails turned out gorgeous and shaping was good. So far, a few days out, the gel is holding up really well (and I use my hands a lot, doing dishes etc). The salon was clean and they sanitized well. Although I will note the pedicure gave me one cut on my foot (from the pumice stone pushing too hard), and the manicure gave me one cut on my cuticle. The foot cut has scabbed over and isn’t too bothersome now, but it did sting for a day or two. Unfortunately there’s no way to point out to the nail tech that they’re exfoliating too hard until the cut has already happened, otherwise I would have said something. Same with the manicure- the tech did stop the bleeding quickly but obviously would have preferred not to be cut.

Absolutely love this place- very professional and they have so many gel color options. Well worth the price! Will always be my top choice in the area.

I’ve had decent manicures here and awful ones. Most recently, the technician destroyed my cuticles (cuts on every finger), disregarded my request to keep the length of my natural nails, and made several mistakes she didn’t explain but the manicure lasted two hours.

The spa service is good, but the nails paint not so much! My nails were paint very far from the fingers leaving a weird gap and the nail polish started coming out the same day! :/

i love this salon so much!! super professional & they do an great & attentive job cleaning up your nail beds. they also have a huge color selection & so many pretty colors. I love my nails they turned out even better than the inspo picture. the techs were all very nice, kind & easy to talk to. definitely becoming a returning customer! love love love.

I had a poor experience with Esther last week and will not be returning. She used a ton of pressure on my nails when removing my gel polish, constantly readjusted my hands, kept adjusting my posture, and cut my nails so short to the point of almost cutting my skin. It was not a relaxing manicure, and my nails still hurt the next day from the gel removal. When I sent feedback to the salon, they did not offer any compensation for my experience. I have been a customer for a few years now without any prior complaints so this experience has been disappointing. They also charge significantly high rates for design work, chrome, or anything additional to your standard manicure - it’s not worth it!

I came in for a mani pedi before a wedding. The polish was good quality and lasted. The salon is a little quieter than I'd prefer but it is a relaxing, comfortable, clean space with a nice set up.

Very disappointed. The girl that did my manicure was either in a terrible hurry or doesn’t know better. I found $27 for a hush hush manicure, quite careless and lousy. I wouldn’t go back.

Terrible experience. First time here, and was shocked at how poor this entire manicure was, from start to finish. My nails were filed down to the bed, and the cuticles were cut so poorly they started to bleed. Very uncomfortable, nail tech didn't say anything. Her gel application totally ignored the tip of the nail, so now they look like genuinely bad press one. So frustrated. Incredibly expensive too, $47 without tip for a gel manicure and no gel removal. I'm shocked by this for a mediocre at best nail salon. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Maybe my tech was particularly bad but all in all, the whole experience was just terrible.
